    North Side Bistro

Hull Bay Road, Northside, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands

About 30+ minutes due to the curvy roads from Sea~N~Islands, VRBO #486862. So why did I mention it? If you are adventurous, have a vehicle (taxi ride would be expensive), know how to navigate a map…you'll love this "local's place". Note: Forget the "driving distance" listed by some ignorant software. It's 20 minutes away. On the waterfront, Veteran's Drive, downtown. Look up, it's on the second floor, great for breakfast and lunch.

This restaurant in Frenchtown (west side of Charlotte Amalie harbor) has very good food but we like it for wine or cocktails on the veranda about 5:30-7:00pm before sunset. One of the best, on-the-water views on the island. Then dinner either here or nearby.

    Banana Tree Grille

Bluebeard's Castle, Bluebeard's Hill, East of Charlotte Amalie

Beautiful view overlooking Charlotte Amalie Harbor and the food is also first rate. Wonderful open air restaurant for dinner in town but if you need air-conditioning you can go next door the indoor, slightly more expensive, Room With a View. Both are located in the Bluebeard's Castle complex.

    Mim's Seaside Bistro

Good seafood menu in a really carribean atmosphere, just in front of the sea. The best tables are those outside, on a deck under the sky from which you can hear waves while eating. It's a really relaxing experience.
