Located on the highest point of St. Thomas, Mountain Top affords visitors stunning panoramic views of Magens Bay, St. John and the British Virgin Islands from its expansive observation deck. The sight is really breathtaking. It is a pity it is really a touristic place.

This mall is in a strategic position, very close to where the big cruise boats arrive, so not very interesting in my opinion when it is crowded. However I visited it during a calm day and could see how beautiful the shops are. Obviously only famous and expensive brands.
