Cherry Creek is a rather bizarre juxtaposition of wealth and poverty. The path itself is popular with runners and bikers and the Cherry Creek Mall is the nicest in town. At the same time the homeless and beggars frequent the street corners where traffic is frequently backed up.

One of the things that makes Denver such a nice city is the plethora of bike paths. The Cherry Creek Bike Trail takes you from Downtown to the Cherry Creek Mall area (nicest mall in town), and on to the Cherry Creek Reservoir State Park. So nice to have paths like this in town.

Great place to walk, jog, bike or rollerblade your way across Denver. Get a map before you go as there are lots of nice side excursions (Highline canal). Confluence park is a great place to end and enjoy the water as you sip something nice from the Starbucks at the REI flagship store.
