Wine drinkers will love Cin-Cin. If the excellent wine list is not good enough a reason for a visit, the "Monday Wine Stimulus" (all bottles half off) will surely convert you into a devoted follower.
Kitchen food is on par with the quality of their wines. Menu is small but fairly diverse. Most dishes are designed to be shared. Think of it as Spanish tapas style. It is not bad of a place for some nibbles even if you are not a wine drinker.
My only complaint is the noise. It is really difficult to have a conversation with anyone seated across from you. Had it not been the case, Cin-Cin would have been an amazing place to hang out with friends.

We didn't have a reservation, so we had to wait about 30 minutes or so. It's first come first serve at the bar. There were these ladies standing right by me at the bar and they decided to put down their drinks. The woman next to me asked the ladies politely to remove their drinks since our food was on its way and there was already little room at the bar counter. The ladies complained to the hostess...well, little did they know that the woman is a good friend of the owner! We joked about it later. The owner was sitting next to us later in the night; friendly gentleman :)
The bar tender was actually a certified sommelier! I overheard him talking about passing the tests to another patron. He recommended a great wine, the Chemistry. The bar food was delicious as well...truffled french fries are a must and the Carolina pulled pork sliders, mushroom empanadas, shrimp and grits, hamachi crudo, and gelato were DELISH!
