This is the first place we went to right off the airplane and the last place we went before we left Denver! For vegans, it's heaven, but totally a place you can bring your omnivorous friends too.
The dishes reminded me a lot of the "vegan comfort food" vibe of Portland, OR, but with so many options! Almost everything is or can be vegan, there are a lot of gluten-free options, and while a lot of dishes contained peanuts, they were clearly marked (I'm allergic). They had a great selection of local and other specialty draft beers, daily happy hour specials on foods and drinks, and breakfast served 'til late afternoon!
I highly recommend the pizzas, waffles, and soup! Yes, the soup. It's curried carrot and it is phenomenal. They also have kick-ass, all-vegan, mostly gluten-free desserts. They even have a "macro(biotic)" bowl, but I did not get to try it.
I enjoyed the atmosphere, casual but eclectic and large enough to support their busy brunch and happy hour crowds without a crazy wait. Everyone was super nice! We were not too impressed with the drip coffee, but the espresso was decent. Oh, and prepare to share or have leftovers - the servings are super generous.
