The layout and décor of this restaurant mirrors that of a typical classroom in Taiwan. They even have some fun memorabilia in the front from Taiwan that many in their 20s and 30s remember fondly. Typically there is a wait for a table to eat inside, even on weeknights. If you don't want to wait, you can always order to go (even the shaved ice!). I've only tried the shaved ice here, so I'm not sure how their entrees are, but the shaved ice is absolutely delicious. I particularly like the green tea shaved ice, which has the green tea flavor already infused into the ice. Top that with some condensed milk, mocha, red beans, and almond jelly and it's amazing. One shaved ice at $7-8 may sound like a lot, but the portions are large enough to split between 3-4 people.

Furbished like a Taiwanese classroom with school desks, chalkboards and lunchboxes, this place is perfect for a casual lunch or dinner with friends. The food is really tasty and affordable! Try the pork chops!

Shave snow (not the same as shave ice) is the BEST and ONLY good stuff they got here. I don't think it's worth the wait because no food is worth more than 20 minutes of wait.
Got customized shaved snow, which is the only thing I'll get here. They're shave snow menus is different than they one they've got in Rowland, so be careful what you ask for. I went for milk shave ice, milk pudding, mochi, and condensed milk. I didn't wanna wait, so I decided to take it home and eat it with my beer.
Personally, I like eating it at home cause there's no 50 minutes wait, and they give you a little bite more when it's too go. Bottom line, will only come here for shave snow.

Got the milk shaved snow with milk pudding, chocolate pudding, mango, condensed milk, and red bean. The creamy consistency of the shaved snow was amazing, and the way it looks like layers of mozzarella cheese was very visually interesting. Highly recommended.
