I thought Clyde's was alright. The menu didn't seem to have anything that jumped out at me. The crab cake was alright. The sauce for the bolognese was yummy. The server was very polite, but not very attentive. The food took a long time to arrive, both for appetizers and entrees. The drinks took a while as well. It was busy, but not that busy. I wouldn't necessarily choose to go back, but wouldn't avoid it either.

Clyde's is good standard American restaurant food for those visiting Georgetown. The oysters are good, as I have been told, but I tend to stick to burgers when I go. It can get super packed, like most restaurants on M St., in the evening and particularly on the weekends.
