Really cute and quaint part of Florida. I fell in love with all the greenery in Florida and the little cute downtown areas. Seems like everyone comes out to each brunch and shop in the small downtown areas. Lots of couples and dogs walking around :)

Fun place to hang out in and stay when visiting the Miami area in Florida. Lots of restaurants, bars and shopping to do. It can get hectic on a Friday or Saturday night, but if you're down to party then it's a good spot for you to go to. That being said there's lots to do for all types of adults.

Coconut Grove is a strange mix of old and new-world Miami. With several older architectural marvels hidden amongst the more modern "mall" area, just wandering around (either by the strip or on the water) is sure to be a treat. Coconut Grove is also a great place for nightlife (for everyone). It has a very "locals" feel (it's far, far less touristy than South Beach or Miami Beach) and isn't too overwhelming. I recommend taking a walk down by the park and marina at dusk. It's beautiful and the energy is alive-but-mellow.
