Definitely one of my favorite sushi restaurants in Stockton. I'm a student at UOP and I love that it's right down the street! It's also really great that UOP students are allowed to use their Pacific Cash here!

The place is really nice and presentable and has very modern, trendy decor. Service is excellent -- especially this one blond guy with the Ray Ban glasses! He's the best waiter ever! Food is delicious, and really reasonably priced as well. Not really a sushi bar type of place, though. Most of the sushi is ordered by roll.

Parking can be a little annoying at times because there are just a few spots in front, and a little 10 car lot behind the place.

a very nice japanese bistro that offers a wide variety of sushi, rolls, and creative fusion fares, Cocoro is possibly the best choice for Japanese when it comes to variety and deliciousness.

There are many creative rolls to choose from and the fish is always fresh. Service is attentive and the ambiance is casual and chic.

Whenever I am out here, I would visit this restaurant and try a new special roll or yummy appetizers liked the pesto parmesan baked oysters, or the shrimp stuffed mushroom tempera. The staple is of course the fresh fish.

Cocoro is a buzzing spot in Stockton and one of my go-to spots when I return to the homestead. Creative rolls and decent cuts of fish with a bonafide sushi chef at the helm who favorites one of my own favorite sushi restaurants in Sausalito — Sushi Ran.

Whatever your business is in Stockton, this is one of the restaurants to fit in for a meal.

By far the best Japanese food in the Central Valley.
