Lots of great shops that we rarely see while on the road and tons of places to eat and get coffee. A fun walk and nice idea of what Boulder is about.

    Williams & Graham

3160 Tejon St, Denver, CO 80211, United States
    3 reviews

This is my first speak easy visit. I like the melodrama of finding the hidden door in the bookcase and entering a darkened bar! Fun snack menu with a huge craft cocktail list. The server, Drew, was great as were his food and drink recommendations.

    Larimer Square

1430 Larimer Street, Denver, CO 80202-1705
    25 reviews

Larimer Square is very close to the 16 street mall. It's not really a true square in that it doesn't have an open pedestrian walkway. Larimer Street itself is lined with bars, cafes and restaurants and can get quite busy on weekend nights.

    Denver Botanic Gardens

1005 York Street, Denver, CO 80206-3014
    28 reviews

A lovely botanic garden with a wide range of habitats and exhibits. The alpine rock garden in particular is pretty awesome, as are the Asian-inspired gardens. Though really, everything is pretty great. The Boettcher Memorial Tropical Conservatory is a fantastic example of a tropical conservatory, with very cool midcentury-style diamondy shaped windows, instead of the traditional rectangular greenhouse ones.

Just went with my little guy and friends-- it was great as always. Very kid friendly and excellent exhibits. The Tropical discovery was great, better than the nearby aquarium. The Lorakeet exhibit was a huge kid with the kids-- they loved feeding the birds. Lots going on and the new expansion for SE Asia is looking awesome. We stopped for ...

    Breckenridge Ski Resort

1599 County Road 3, Breckenridge, CO

World famous so I'm told, but mostly too difficult for me so I could only use 2 slopes, when I tried to use a third, I nearly broke my neck and couldn't ski the rest of the season. Went to Dew Tour here and had expensive beers at the T Bar a couple times. Lots of seating and annoying lines ...

Attractive indoor space-- stone and wood beams with fireplaces going in the winter, all the standard big and little chains in one place if you are looking for some one-stop shopping. Indoor food court is pretty good with some more interesting options for fueling for shopping, the outdoor add on has medium end sit down chain restaurants. I am convinced ...
