I really enjoyed my fine dining experience at this restaurant. The food and service were both top notch. You will definitely need reservations.

This is our number one, hands-down favorite upscale restaurant in the universe! Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, romantic date nights. Definitely to add to your bucket list.

One of the best and most famous restaurants in New Orleans! Rather you go there for lunch, dinner or brunch, you won't be disappointed. Don't miss out on their $0.50 martinis!

I'm not a fan of the Brennan family restaurants or high end restaurants in general but Commander's is the exception. Go for lunch and enjoy a reasonably priced meal and 25 cent martinis...the best!

A classic fine dining restaurant in New Orleans' Garden District. Their turtle soup is famous as well as a few other signature dishes like their bread pudding. The one that had me smitten was the foie gras beignets...a peculiar combination but heaven at first bite. The restaurant is more affordable at lunch with a stellar martini special.

Cafe Maspero ,Antoines, Dragos in Metaries and Courtyard Seven Sisters are all excellent choices. If it is your first time in NO , then definitely try brunch at Commanders Palace. Although there are many good places to eat brunch at Commanders is an experience. Then afterwards do go by and give mothers at try- it may not look like much from the outside but dont let that keep you from trying their specialities.

If you're going to NOLA for vacation, book this restaurant NOW. It's one of several restaurants owned by the Brennan family and fully represents the tastes of New Orleans. It's the most expensive Brennan restarant, but WELL worth every penny. Don't forget to order the chicory coffee at the end of the meal!

The jazz brunch is awesome. So many great classics to try here, from bread pudding souffle and eggs cochon de lait to turtle soup and this shrimp & tasso henican: http://eatyourworld.com/destinations/united_states/louisiana/new_orleans/what_to_eat/shrimp_tasso_henican

So many outstanding restaurants, so little time...
This is another must-do when you are in New Orleans. Located in the Garden District, the iconic blue building stands out from its surroundings.
The food is, in a word, incredible. The service outstanding. The price, while expensive, is not too outrageous.
This is not a touristy stop. Don't even attempt to show up in shorts or a tee shirt.

Phenomenal restaurant in New Orleans, famous for a very good reason. One of the places with a dress code, so if you don't feel like dressing up a lot, you should consider coming for lunch. The food is just as good, but you'll be more comfortable. And, you should really order the bread pudding (I don't even LIKE bread pudding but the one here is outstanding).

Their soufflé, gumbo and seafood are definitely worth the short ride from the French Quarter. Better reserve ahead of time. If price is an issue, try it for lunch.

Check out the legendary fancy Jazz Brunch on the weekend or 25 cent cocktails at lunch on weekdays.
