Nice facilities and full schedule of varied yoga classes! Located on the bottom bottom level of the Kahala mall - parking can get a little tough if you want to park right in front of the entrance.

Took a Bollywood class today and had so much fun! Would love to take a similar class. Coming back for their free week of yoga when you sign up!

A great yoga facility that focuses on core training. Most classes are heated and includes sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Intro to Power Yoga (heat and non-heat), Level 2 and Level 3. The instructors are great, most of them really give you a sense of om as they are guiding you through the poses. The facility is great and super clean, with mats you can rent, sanitary wipes in the yoga room, plenty of shower stalls, lots of amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dryer, combs, hair ties, tampons, and free wifi. They offer first-timers a free week of yoga, and every new person you refer, they will credit your account $5 to use towards merchandise. They also have a few free sessions, so give it a try and see/feel a difference in your body's core and strength.
