Great yoga studio. This PB location is more crowded and smaller than some of the other studios but still great non the less. CorePower is a great workout!

I love Corepower classes; the teachers are so caring, true, and the classes are super convenient. Membership is a huge perk for savings if you are an avid yogi, plus you can visit any studio in San Diego. Super helpful! The studio is comfy, however the locker-room can get a bit crowded. Be patient and you'll get a shower in no time!
Parking can be a little tough at this location, plan in advance and don't be late to class!

There are so many types of yoga out there, and finding the right studio to be your yogi home away from home on vacation can be a bit daunting. Corepower is a heated power vinyasa studio, so if you are more of the light stretching and meditation type, this may not be a perfect fit. But overall, the teachers are well trained and very friendly and the classes are a challenge for body and mind. If you are a beginner stick with Corepower 1 or Hot Yoga Fusion, and if you have a pretty advanced practice, go right for Corepower 2. There are a few scattered around San Diego so take your pick, and if you can ever take class from Briar, she is great :)
