The atmosphere here was totally different than I imagined for it being located in the West Village and I loved it. Much more fun, creative and casual than I expected and the food was absolutely outstanding. The ricotta gnudi was absolutely to die for. I made the mistake of sharing it and next time I would definitely make sure to ...

Yummy in my tummy! I really like Magnolia's mini cheesecakes, particularly the red velvet with Oreo cookie crust. Delicious!

We had lunch here after spotting Matthew McConaughey on the street. It's a short walk from the High Line Park in the Meatpacking District. It's very French and it was pretty empty when we were there, between lunch and dinner. However, I did enjoy my salad and soup and we three had a fun time.

Great neighborhood bistro-style Italian spot with a nice outdoor space. Perfect for people watching. The food quality is good but the wine list is lacking. Owner runs a number of successful NY restaurants (including Balthazar). This one feels more local and less touristy to me. A great place to chill out in the West Village.

They don't take reservations. Their chicken is fantastic and this is coming from someone who never, ever orders chicken. The sea bass is good as well. The jagger cocktail is strong with tequila and st. germain.

Lots of space for working, cozy environment, with sometimes a long line in ordering. Their tea selection is limited, but good, and you do have the option of buying in bulk (i.e. 10 oz). Good food, pleasant service, no complaints. They advertise as selling organic coffee and tea.

Hard to find the entrance. Food melts in your mouth. Expensive. Italian. Great service. Make a reservation. Great wine. Good Restaraunt to go to for a celebration or birthday (hope you're not paying. Dress up. Go out after to any of the clubs in the meatpacking!

The best boozy Sunday brunch party in NYC! I celebrated my birthday here and had the best time ever. You'll want to make reservations far in advance as everyone comes in large groups and try to make them for after 1pm, because... The place transforms from a bright and airy fancy brunch spot into a nightclub in the Meatpacking at ...

The best and oldest steakhouse in the city. In my opinion they make the definitive French Onion Soup. The Chefs bread special is incredible. If you plan on going during peak times make sure you have a reservation.

Is it really Mexican? Ya know, it's about as Mexican as a place like this can get. Is the food good? It's solid. There's a little Mexican lady who sells tacos down the street only on the weekends if you want REAL Mexican. But for a restaurant like this in this location, I'd have to say I would go back. ...

Recommended on several top brunch spot lists in NYC, so I had to check it out. They have a $29 per person brunch that included unlimited mimosas, 2 pizzas, 2 sides and 2 breakfast dishes to share amongst 5-6 people. The food came out quick and in large dishes. I loved the French toast and the potatoes and eggs were ...

Was always a bit intimadated by the crowd of people waiting outside this cute spot, but finally found a great opportunity to break into the coveted BYOB spot in the west village. Easily lived up to expectations and justified all the hype - winning dishes included the artichoke appetizer and kale salad.

My date and I love this restaurant. It's a complete gem in NYC. The staff was very friendly and the garden seating was romantic with the warm breeze, lounge beats, and the soft lighting. We ordered the mussels, duck, frog legs, and a banana crepe (Nutella). The food was delicious! The mussels are highly recommended. The mussels themselves are nicely ...

Great spot for a lighter italian meal. Be prepared for a loud atmosphere, as the kitchen is nestled within the tables! The seared octopus is one of the best I have had in the city and their ricotta is simply divine - worth ordering anything with it included. For a great night head to Anfora Bar for a pre dinner ...
