Can't say I've ever had a bite of food here, but it is a good place to have a beer if you want to tell friends you were drinking near/with Navy SEALS.

Consistently good Mexican food on Coronado right across the street from the Hotel Del. The queso which comes with homemade tortilla chips is amazing and just about anything you get will be huge and tasty. Some favorites are fish tacos, tostada grande and fajitas which come sizzling to your table.

The decor is out of date, but the food is fresh and very reasonably priced. Oysters on the half shell for $2 each, yum. Other dishes we tried were the crab and lobster cobb salad (half-size is plenty big for the light eater in your party), scallops rockefeller (good, not great, scallops were cooked well, not over-cooked). The white peach ...

Good Mexican restaurant... middle of the road prices and relaxed atmosphere are a plus too. Lots of chips, salsa, and queso dip. Right off of Glorietta Bay so its in a prime location. Enjoy.

The ambience is energetic. Grab one of their tasty cocktails and grab a seat by the window . Watch the crowds pass you by as you enjoy a lovely appetizer like the ahi poke.

Eh. I've eaten here a few times and have never been impressed. They are stingy with the cheese (I love cheese), and the tomato sauce is too sweet and heavy (I don't like sauce). The pepperoni and sausages taste like rubber, but they get bonus points for having enough options to keep me coming back to give them another chance.

The best ice cream I've ever had, and I've had a lot of different ice cream from all over the country. The flavors are intense, the texture is very creamy, and they had mixed-in toppings way before Coldstone ever came around. My favorite flavors: coffee, stracciatella, and the black raspberry crunch. There's always a line out the door in the ...

Great restaurant in Coronado. The food is great quality and the service is good. Relatively inexpensive especially for Coronado. They have seating inside or out. Would recommend sitting outside under the heater.

The only taco stand on the island, as it is really only a counter. Good food, but not light on the cooking oil. Take your order to the landscaped median on Orange Avenue and grab some extra salsa and napkins.

Just as good as any Panera Bread, but I like being able to get something mainstream and "cheap" when trotting around Coronado. The cinnamon crunch bagels are my fave - munch one with a cup of coffee as you sit on the outside terrace and watch the beautiful people of San Diego go about their morning routine.

Rhinoceros Cafe & Grill is a nice restaurant in Coronado. I've been there a couple of times for lunch. The food is really tasty and the price is very fair, specially in this area of the island. The servers sometimes are not very friendly but the quality of food keeps it worthy! Last time I had a Penne a la ...
