LA MISSION is located a just a few steps from malecon on Rafael E Melgar avenue and offers their guests a dining environment of tropical gardens, Mayan ruins, there are none like it on the island. Making the clients feel like they are in a traditional, pre-Hispanic Cozumel, together with an international cuisine, and a Caribbean ambience and mariachi music.Popular withBusiness
Jeanie's is really one of those one stop shops for people out and about in Cozumel. We actually came here initially after signing up for a bubble helmet diving/snorkeling excursion. We ended up hanging here longer than we expected! There are really 3 parts to this place, The excursion/beach option, the restaurant, and the pearl shop. All in one handy ...

Eat here a lot..they have a local rate for "locals." Breakfast & lunch always good...at lunch time, check out the "hot line" when you come in the door, that is the specials for the day..been talk of them opening for dinner but not sure if that has happened.Popular withFoodiesBudgetLocal

If it feels like you're eating in someone's house...you are. This total bargain set-lunch place is very friendly, and indeed, you're sitting in the backyard while the owner cooks up your lunch in her kitchen. There's usually a choice of a couple of dishes each day, and the price includes beans and jamaica (hibiscus) drink and tortillas, and perhaps even ...Popular withFoodiesLocalBudget

El Moro is one of the oldest restaurants in Cozumel, run by 2 brothers, who treat everyone like family. Mexican specialties and many many choices..never go wrong with grouper fixed several ways. As I mentioned earlier, this site needs to delete references to 2005 hurricane wilma...and this description has some Germany info on it??? What is that. Does anyone check ...
Because this likely will never get listed as an official business, here's the address first: Avenida 20 between Juarez and Avenida 1. It's just a juice stand out in front of this guy's house, and he's incredibly sweet and can whip up any delicious fresh juice you want. Loved the virgin pina colada, and we also had a fresh watermelon ...Popular withVegetarianBudgetLocal
The official fishermen's union restaurant. The freshest and best fish I've eaten in Cozumel. They even offer Lion Fish (which is wonderful...) and are happy to either fry or grill your fish. Their selection of dishes is good (from ceviche through fish tacos to whole fish) and the prices are just unbeatable. Very generous margaritas make the experience even better...Popular withLocalBudget
