A very comfortable stay in this area. There are a lot of hotel options that will be more affordable and a better value in this area, but this place has all the amenities of a good hotel.

Did you know that Doris Day built this hotel as a Vegas-style property and that The Beatles stayed here in 1965?! Me neither. I've lived on the Peninsula forever, and just discovered this.

The rooms at the Crowne Plaza were renovated last year, so the amenities are modern. The rooms are spacious too - especially the Cabana Suites, which are 1,000 square feet with large lanais to boot!

There's also a special Beatles Suite that's themed out. I didn't get a chance to check it out, but would love to stay there on A Hard Day's Night.

There are several event spaces for banquets and conferences. The pool area is huge as well. Guests can also take advantage of a fitness room with a sauna, business center and free wifi in the guestrooms and communal areas.

Rates are very reasonable, especially for everything you're getting. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Palo Alto!

Lovely hotel centrally located off El Camino. Rooms are immaculate with fresh colors and contemporary/slightly tropical decor. Get a patio room and try the tiramisu!

Not a great location but definitely a nice place. The pool is the centerpiece of the property, and the tower rooms provide a nice view of the mountains. The food served downstairs is pretty good, and the rooms are spacious. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
