Pulsing with a youthful vibe Cuba Street is the place to be in Wellington. It offers a delightful blend of New Zealand charm and beauty with hip local culture, music and performers. It's a nice place to just stroll up and down checking out the shops and grabbing a bite to eat.Recommended for:

In a city that prides itself on hip urban culture - Cuba Street is ground zero. Hipster cafe's dot the street amongst cool clothing shops and enough record stores to push-start a radio station. Be sure to check out the bizarre-o water sculpture that does little other than get unsuspecting passers by wet...Recommended for:

When in Wellington Cuba Street is a must! It's very long and has heaps of different shops to go looking in, and also a few different restaurants. You are bound to find something to your taste along there. Also on the weekends there are people who sell paintings, do tricks or anything really. Make sure you check it out!
