Built in 1969 from the stylized work of Leandro Locsin, this magnificent building stands out among its surroundings in Pasay City, Philippines. The center features a large theater that seats 1,400 and hosts top notch stage performances by a myriad of artists including the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Philippines' own world-renowned Bayanihan Dance Company. A smaller theater is also housed within the center, featuring smaller acts and recitals. For more avant-garde performances, the center also houses a third stage, the Huseng Batute Theater. In addition to the theaters are the center's galleries that feature visual art by a number of talented artists.
