This place is fantastic. I stay here with friends during OU Weekend each year and we all have a blast. The rooms are great, staff very friendly, and a great, young crowd that stays at the hotel. The location is near to a lot of places so we usually just keep the cars parked and take taxis everywhere.

    Sheraton Dallas Hotel

    Sheraton Dallas Hotel

    Class:

Fair - 72% of guests recommend

A very large very nice Sheraton that has been recently remodeled. It's pretty much like every other recently remodeled Sheraton of its size (really big conference hotel). It's close to the Dallas Arts District and to other parts of downtown, but on the whole, the neighborhood is pretty dead and weird, especially if you are there on the weekends or ...

I believe this place has 18 stories when we last stayed there. This hotel is breathtaking! It's so clean and beautiful. You should also check out the atrium restaurant that rotates on a platform and lets you enjoy all of Downtown Dallas view.

    Hotel ZaZa

    Class:

Excellent! - 93% of guests recommend

When you think of uptown as an attitude or a lifestyle, then this hotel is the epitome of that. It's hip in a serious way, trendy without being kitschy, and ornate without being gaudy. It's pretty much the type of place where you drive up, drop off your car, and forget about the rest. Then it's just time to enjoy ...

Queen Elizabeth II and Oscar de la Renta have stayed at this luxurious 1921 hotel located in downtown Dallas. It's like no hotel I've ever seen before. You are instantly swept into another time when walking up the main stairs, seeing the Flemish tapestries and a Victorian Steinway piano in the bar area. The display windows in the lobby show ...

Le Meridien Dallas by the Galleria

    Class:
    6 reviews
Very Good! - 83% of guests recommend

The bold openness and modern lines of Le Meridien Dallas by the Galleria is said to be classic glamour to bring your creative side to life, but to me, it was a little antiseptic. The lobby is bright, open and spacious and there is funky furniture but the bookshelves had law books with white book covers that were aesthetically interesting ...

    The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas

    The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas

    Class:
    5 reviews
Excellent! - 90% of guests recommend

As a native New Yorker, I always expect a Ritz-Carlton to be an opulent and historic building that brings in modern flair and luxury. Dallas’ Ritz is actually new construction in the heart of Uptown--a domineering sand-hued high-rise that demands attention. While definitely not historic, the Ritz is definitely on par when it comes to luxury. As you enter, a ...

With its modern, sophisticated décor, pet pampering services, luxurious spa that uses my favorite products and a much talked about farm to table restaurant, I fully expected to fall in love with the Hotel Palomar from the moment I walked in the door. Most hotels that I’ve been in have a lot of plants and trees and fresh flowers and ...

This hotel seems to be in the middle of nowhere, but it is a beautiful place to stay if I have to be surrounded by nothing. There's a gorgeous restaurant and bar with tons of space: at least 20 bar stools. A wall of wine borders the north wall of the restaurant with polite staff asking me if I need ...

Understated luxury describes this place perfectly. It's elegant without being pretentious. I was greeted with genuine smiles by all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant hosts. It's clear they enjoy where they work. The rooms are outstanding. Loved my view of downtown and the puffy down comforter. If you want a slightly larger room for the same ...

The Fairmont is one of the veterans of the Dallas luxury hotel scene, however they continue to keep themselves relevant in the competitive Downtown area. The McKinney Avenue Trolley (M-Line) stops just outside of the property offering guests free rides throughout Uptown, hitting major landmarks like the Dallas Museum of ...

This Westin is hidden within an aging business park in North Central Dallas' business district. I've actually been to the Intercon a few times and it's one of my favorite spots in town. The first time was for a wedding reception, the second time was for their Sunday brunch. Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre

The fact that this Hilton is situated between two corporate towers probably makes it the quintessential business hotel. The entry is appropriately stylish and modern, with the H Bar waiting just across from the check-in desk. The property has the expected features including a fitness center, pool, and onsite restaurant (Crockett’s). But the fact that the Lincoln Centre compound has ...
