    Bolsa

    6 reviews

Another great restaurant in the Bishop Arts area. Here you will find great, fresh and mainly local fare here. If the weather is nice you'll want to enjoy a seat on the patio. In keeping with the green theme, this building was recycled from a gas station into a hip restaurant.

    Tillman's Roadhouse - Dallas

The food was quite good and the ambiance of the restaurant wasn't bad either. But the service really sucked!!

This is the place you go to gorge yourself on Southern comfort food with a gourmet twist. I cannot recommend the Mac & Cheese highly enough. You. Will. Die. But.. it will be such a pleasant way to go! Make a reservation and go!

    Cafe Brazil

    4 reviews

I went to the one in the Bishop Arts District. This place is rather overrated. The decor was not so great and neither was the food. My organic Chai tea latte on the rocks tasted like any other I have tasted. I don't remember exactly the name of the dish I ordered but, it was a dry chicken empanada, some ...

    City Tavern

Definitely a good place to go for drinks (and food) when you're downtown, either with friends or when you're out to make new ones. The seating area spills out into the street, and it's usually a hotspot of activity. Bring some friends!

    Buzzbrews Kitchen

    2 reviews

My friend who lives in Dallas likes to refer to Buzzbrews as "our little bit of Austin." Expect healthy/greener versions of Tex-Mex fare. The "buzzbrew" refers to their coffee - I didn't have any, but they have a menu filled with it. I split a half order of chicken nachos with said friend, then had fruity tooty french toast (a ...

    Crooked Tree Coffeehouse

This converted old house makes for a great little spot to enjoy a local cup of Joe and hop on the Net. I love that they use Oak Cliff Coffee Roasters for their brew of choice. I always support local when I can. The ambience is relaxed and almost college-like. In fact the house itself reminds me of the bungalows ...

    Palomino Restaurant Rotisseria Bar

    2 reviews

This restaurant has something for everyone. Italian inspired. The thin crust pizzas are awesome. Great large bar area here. Even better HH menu daily from 4-6. Professional hh crowd, great for big family dinners. Upscale, casual, children appropriate.
