Wow. Dar Al Masyaf is a part of the Madinat Jumeriah complex which is made up of three hotels, shops, restaurants, bars, swimming pools and a shared gym with a rock wall. Dar Al Masyaf is spread out around the complex, as it is a collection of small villas with butler service and semi-private pools. The hotel/ resteraunt/gym complex is perched slightly above the gulf for a wonderful view of the canals, beach, and gulf, while the villas which tend to be on canal level, have a more private and intimate feeling. From some of the villas and definitely from the hotel complex, there is a view of the famous Burj Al Arab Hotel out in the gulf. The beach is stunning with turquoise water, soft white sand beaches, and a choice of seating including shaded platforms with cushions. Some Villas in Dar Al Masyaf are even on the beach. The entire complex is decorated in arabic style as are the interiors of the villas. Guests at Dar Al Masyaf may use any of the pools including the ones near their villas, or the larger one at the base of Al Qasr.

The Dar Al Masyaf belongs to the Madinat Jumeirah Complexe. The Madina Jumeirah Complexe consists of a huge property divided into three parts. The property is huge. There are several pools, playgrounds and tennis courts. It would be quite tiring if you would need to walk to all these places, so you can order a buggy or a boat, that run along a river layout on the premise, anytime. You just need to inform one of the three thousand staff. What I liked the most was the footbridge going into the sea, where at the end you have a beautiful restaurant. From the footbridge you have the most amazing view on the Burj Al Arab from all Dubai.
In this Complexe, the Dar Al Masyaf is spread over the property. It consists of several Arabian summer courtyard villas. Each of them has around four suites, a private pool and butler. The rooms are a dream of thousand and one nights as is the service.
The Mina A’ Salam is the most north building in the Complexe. Here you can find most of the shops and restaurants as the fitness center. This is where you can get the cheapest room from the whole Complexe.
The most expensive of the Complexe is the Al Qasr. It defines high end luxury. There was the nicest lounge on the second floor with a great restaurants one floor down. In the restaurant was a little stand with a roof in a Christmas decoration manner out of actual gingerbread like in a fairytale.Recommended for:Luxury Travelers

The private pool water is iced cold when it's over 44C outdoor. Bring some alcohol with you if you are hooked, coz they don't serve any before 2000 during Ramadan. Bring enough sunblock lotion with you cause it's over 44C every day.
