This mega chain from Taiwan does a great job of feeling local even if it is found all over Asia. The dim sum here is consistently quite good. Worth a visit if you have a craving -- they serve throughout the day.

This location was my first intro to DTF and I was blown away. No other place makes xiao long bao as delicate, juicy, and wonderful as they do. I also love the attention to detail they pay to everything else they make - everything is sliced up sooo well! Seriously, how do they get the ginger so wonderfully thin?
I love that they have glass walls so the place feels really open and inviting. Plus, you can watch the chefs at work while you wait! While they may be known for their XLB, try the other "normal" dumplings too; they're all great! Even the hot and sour soup is beautifully made, with thin slices of veggies that are well-dispersed in the soup.

The place to go for chinese food cravings or when you have no idea what to eat because the food can never go wrong.
My usuals are the starter dish "xiao cai", fried rice, the famous "xiao long bao" and crispy golden prawn pancake!
The only downside is the long queue during dinner. Otherwise, all is good!
