One of the many islands that make up the city of Stockholm. This island is where the Tivoli amusement park is located. Fun to visit!

Home to Skansen, Vasa Museum and other attractions, one can spend whole day in Djurgården. There is also a great path in the north side of the island, which is perfect for running or walking.

The Central Park of Stockholm. Great for weekend strolls or a jog along the waterfront. In the winter, you can also go skiing here...

This island in Stockholm almost has it all. A must is the outdoor museum of Skansen or one of its many other museums like 'Vasa', 'Nordic' or 'Waldermarsudde'. The island also has an amusement park and many restaurants and cafes. Or you can do what we did today - walk around the whole island along the waterfront. It is ca 11 km and a leisurely walk with a stop at a cafe or two along the way will take 3 hours.
