This underground spot has a warm, cozy feel that is perfect for a date. There’s no menu; the mixologists here will concoct a custom creation. Like spicy drinks with tequila? Something fruity and frothy? How about long walks on the beach? Be as specific or vague as you want, or leave your fate to the skilled whims of your personal cocktail crafter.

This might be the platonic ideal of a modern cocktail bar. It's one of those places where the bartenders have memorized every cocktail in the history of the world, but it's not twee and fake old-fashioned. They just use their knowledge to craft a drink you're in the mood for. The atmosphere is lovely too--warm light, a well-managed crowd (it never gets too packed) and really good finger food (from the kitchens upstairs--this is part of the Barbara Lynch empire).

I had a night out here and I can't wait to do it again! Great service and amazing drinks. Make sure to mention your favorite flavors and mood, so the bartender can create a custom drink for you!

It was a cold winter night in Timbuktu.
Scratch that, it was ASS freezing chilly out, but inside Drink hot cocktails were flowing!
A good friend of mine recently sent me a link to this place via the internetz. Thank the Lord for nerd twins!!
I stopped in around 7 on a Friday night after a long day of traveling. This would be my first stop of the evening and was eager to see if Drink would live up to the hype. I arrived to find one couple waiting to get inside. A wait to get in a bar? Now this is a good sign. After about 15 minutes the Hostess ushered me to a nice stool at the bar. One of the bartenders quickly came over with a glass of water and handed me a menu. Without hesitation I explained that I am a fan of sidecars and wondered if she could recommend something along those lines.
Enter The Prospector.
A rye and St Germain based drink, this cocktail was absolutely kick ass amazing. I wish I had asked her what the ingredients and proportions were because if I could recreate this delicious drink I would be the most popular guy in the neighborhood. I sipped on this drink for nearly a half an hour.
Drink is a modern day cheers, located below street level the ambiance is warm and inviting yet still ultra cool and hip. The dim lighting and exposed brick interior is a nice touch and made for a nice place to get away from reality and drink the night away.
The only thing I missed out on was not ordering a side of fries. As each order passed by me I did all I could not to lunge towards the server and run off with a order.
Great bar and not to be missed!

A bar call Drink without a sign outside?! Interesting! If you are on a bridge, go below and cross the street. And if you see Sordello, you are pretty much there!
Free Coat rack is in the front by the reception and two individual bathrooms are available here. Standing and seating area is arranged by the receptionist meaning you can't just walk in and go to the bar. If you don't want to get your hands cut off, go see the receptionist!
Within the three islands of bar, there's plenty of bartenders to take care of you and your drinks. The only menu available here is the bite size appetizers that barely fills you.
There's no menu for the drinks, so either let your bartender know your order or tell them what you want. Give them your best descriptions and desire!
Bohemian (St Germain, Gin, grapefruit juice): refreshing, pink, and easy to drink.
Ramos Gin Fizz (Gin, Egg Whites): tall glass with a taste of lightness, the frothiness is creamy and lemony
Bee's Knee (Honey, Gin, Fresh Lemon juice): refreshing, sweet gin
Pisco Sour (Egg Whites): frothy, sour, and light.
The drinks above were all delicious! The most unique one was the Ramos Gin Fizz, it's a must get! The bartender really took about 5 mins to just make this drink...I love the care and detail they go through. Drinks average about $12-15.
I would not recommend this place for a first date, but it's a great place to meet up with friends with the nice and casual settings at Drink. Can't wait to come back again, cheers!

You tell the bartender what you're feeling that day. They come up with something to match that palette. Ours did a great job coming up with drinks for us. We enjoyed them with the tasty bites they have on their menu, which are most likely prepared by the restaurant up above.
