I had a red velvet cake from here and boy was it memorable. I still haven't forgotten that rich but not too sweet taste of the red velvet. I would recommend others to try it if they go to this bakery. I went to the Magnolia in Grand Central and they still had some good selection despite it was a ...

It's all about chocolate. Frozen hot chocolates, dark chocolate cocoas, chocolate fondues. Max Brenner serves up their famous chocolate items in unique cups, mugs, and dishes. My favorite is the Hug Mug, which allows you to comfortably hold the mug in your hands as you're drinking your hot cocoa. You can buy their unique items at the small shop near ...

The highly talked about roasted pork shoulder ssam lived up to its hype!!! There was plenty of food for at least 10 people, so split 10 ways @ $20 per person, this meal was very reasonable! Comes with lettuce, pickled radishes n carrots, and kimchee sides and sauces. A really enjoyable family style dinner. Must reserve in advance tho!!!

This is a Mario Batalli joint. Having been to his famous Babbo restaurant I was expecting very big things here. After my first experience I thought the service was poor and the food was below average. So I went back and it did not improve. I know some others who have enjoyed it but I did not.

I love all kinds of french fries and these always hit the spot regardless of what time it is. Try the parmesan peppercorn and the war sauce...and get ready to wait in line if it's late at night!

Holy wow this was an expensive dinner. It’s hard for me to enjoy food when it is ungodly priced. Having said that, wow the food is amazing. If you don’t mind the light wallet, this is some seriously good eats.

Pastis is an oldie but goodie. It's a MPD staple with yummy brunch and dinner. If you like a scene it's a good spot to people watch, especially if you sit outside during summer.

Came here for a quick grub before raging in NYC. I ordered the artichoke pizza and it was absolutely amazing! What a perfect way to prepare my stomach for a crazy night of drinking! The pizzas are pan style pizza and they are HUGE. I was only able to eat 1/3 of the slice. I will definitely come back here ...

Good coffee but bring cash. Everything they serve is extremely well made and is worth getting. My favorite part about going to Stumptown is sitting in the Ace Hotel Lobby. Its a dimly lit plush environment where one can sit back and enjoy a cappucino in peace. Its hard to find that solitude in this city.

Just OK, which with prices like these, is actually not ok at all. Fans say the sushi here is spectacular, but I just cannot concur and I thought the sushi at Morimoto earned an "eh" at best.

Decadence. That's how food should be. Live to eat. (until you start living in your yoga pants). Gorged myself at Les Halle's, former haunt of Bourdain. He has unfortunately gone onto to bigger things, but the quality of this place has not budged. Foie Gras, bone marrow atop shiitake mushrooms, steak and fries, and copious amounts of wine. I'm bringing ...
