Pretty heavily touristed, but worth the stop. Entrance to main visitor center is off PR 3 between San Juan and Fajardo.
Visitor Center is full of interesting information and facts about the rainforest. Also has vendors and a gift shop.
Hikes to waterfalls are well marked and easy to stay on path.
Get a map from the man at the visitor's center and head to the less populated waterfalls.
Also, try to avoid on the weekends to avoid big crowds.

Beautiful rain forest, great for walking, taking a bath in some of it's rivers, sit and enjoy the waterfalls, and much more. Great place hike, explore, meditate.
