If you've never gone to the top of the Empire State Building, I certainly suggest it. If you've already done it, no need to go back.

Incredible gastropub. We came to the Ace Hotel to sit in the bar and have a drink, but the Hotel lobby was packed so we came here. Fun and friendly bar with great drinks. Then, we saw the menu and how many people were ordering the lamb burger, so we came back for lunch another day and you know what? ...

This one of Portland's top coffee roasters and this is there first NYC location (I think they also have a roaster in Brooklyn now). NYC has been really adding great coffee options over the last couple of years and this is one of them. Great espresso based drinks or coffee. The coffee bar is inside the ACE hotel (another Portland ...

I absolutely LOVED this place, from the decor to the quality of the seafood and friendly staff. The only reason I took away one star is that the portions are too small (and therefore overpriced)- we ended up with a $200 check for 2ppl and still hungry! I would recommend this place for a try of oysters and a drink!

    Artisanal Fromagerie & Bistro

Finally! A superior fondue experience in Manhattan... I have been searching for years for heavenly fondue and finally found my place! We had the Artisanal fondue with steak tips, pears and crudités and it truly hit the spot. We followed with a Sinful Cheese flight and wine pairing whose highlight is the robiola. This dinner was a lot of fun, ...

This whole in the wall has delicious food and great coffee. My kids literally licked the plate and I almost did the same after eating my lobster salad. They have a few locations in the city including upper west and madison ave (30s)

This steakhouse has been around for over 100 years, and the Porterhouse and Chateaubriand steaks are two of the reasons why. Many tourists flock to Peter Luger's in Brooklyn, but the old-school ambiance and flawless execution on the classics (shrimp cocktail, wedge salad, creamed spinach, etc.) make this a great splurge.

Not only is Shake Shack a must for any visitors to NY, it serves one of the best burgers out there, maybe the best? The buttery bun and greasy burger with delicious cheese are amazing and somehow feel less sinful than true fast food. The best burger they have is the shack stack, It's a burger with a fried portobello ...

Can't help to wonder what the hypes are about. This particular Halal Cart is highly recommended by almost every single foodie friends that I trust. I may have lost track of how many courses we ate, but I didn't forget how incredible it was. Gramercy Tavern is a sophisticated spot where you feel like royalty and eat like a king. Every nibble of food seemed to have a purpose to it, and the delicate little tastings were perfectly orchestrated course after course. Truly an experience.

This restaurant is beautiful. That's the first thing I noticed when I walked in - lovely ambiance, and decorated in such a way to make you feel both enchanted and comfortable at the same time. It's a perfect place to feel secluded from the loud, bustling city outside. Had the caramel popcorn sundae here - salted caramel ice cream, chocolate ...

The Shake Shack does a good burger with completely fresh ingredients. It doesn't try to make the burger big, just good. It's in the same class as In 'n' Out or Five Guys, but not quite as good. The strawberry milkshake I had was a bit runny where I prefer really thick shakes. The Shack-ago dog imitates the Chicago style ...

When I first heard the name of this restaurant I thought of a public school cafeteria and the servers with hairnets lol, but Cafeteria is far from this vision. The restaurant is a trendy hip place that serves and merges the best selections from breakfast and lunch into a delightful brunch.

I was here last Saturday during SantaCon (what a mess, drunken Santas everywhere!) We had reservations, and were seated quickly although we were 15 minutes early.
