One of my favorite parks in the Resort with many hidden attraction that are overlooked by visitors.
*There's an aquarium upstairs in "The Seas" go check it out. There are sharks, manatees, and lots of Nemos! :D
*Garden Grill in the Land is an extremely popular character dinning. Rating on yelp seem extremely favorable and it's pretty affordable too! I wished that I was able to get a reservation, so if you can get a dinner reservation, get it!
*The American Adventure in "America" is actually a pretty awesome animatronic show. I thought it was going to cheesy, but I was pleasantly surprised.
*I would dedicate at least two days for this park because it's enormous. Do one half of the world showcase on one day and the other on another day.
*The Behind the Seeds Tour if pretty awesome (located behind the Soarin frontdesk). Although there is a fee $16.00 Guests ages 10+, $12.00 Guests ages 3-9, it was definitely worthwhile. You get to release lady-bugs, feed fish, and get a closer look at the garden
*Captain EO is BACK! Go check it out, it's located next to the Figment ride.
*Three most popular rides are (in order): Soarin', Test Track, and Mission to Mars. (Though personally I didn't think much of Test Track since I actually drive that fast on the 405) So select your fast-pass destinations wisely!
How to maximize your day at Epcot :)
1. Get to the park at least 15 minutes before it opens (9am is the usual time). They will let you in but not far enough to go to any of the popular rides, but you will have a leg-up before everyone else at the gate!
2. Skip the Spaceship Earth ride, you should go on it in the afternoon when most of the visitors are in the World Showcase area.
3. I would run to Soarin, get a fast-pass then ride it right away so that you can ride it at least twice :) (yes, it's that fabulous)
Enjoy this wonderful park! :D

Epcot is my favorite of the Disney parks! Visiting the different nations is incredible (especially if you haven't had the chance to visit them all) but the rest of the park offers great rides and attractions as well that shouldn't be overlooked.

A great place to wind down after the crowded, busy Universal Studios park. Was surprised by the aquarium. It was fun watching people scuba diving in there. A cheap fun souvenir idea is to take a photo in each country wearing a hat. The food in each country is amazing...pace yourself.

I don't know if I appreciated this place as much as a kid, but it is by far my favorite of the Disneyworld parks. I love the World Showcase. It's both educational and fun. You can meet people from all of the countries you visit in the park. If you are a kid or have kids, they have fun activities in each country. When I was last there in 2010, the gift shops for each country had some great World Cup gear as well.
While I would like to try the drink around the world thing one day, may I suggest eating around the world as well? If you do, make sure to pace yourself or else you will be full two countries in. You cannot get this much jam packed delicious food in any other Disney park.
Whenever I go, the technology portion of the park is always overshadowed by the World Showcase, but it's still an entertaining area to hang out. If your stomach can handle it, Spaceship Earth (Is that the name?) is a really cool ride. The car ride always has an incredibly long line, but you can save time if you go single rider. I love Bill Nye, so I always do Ellen's Energy Adventure. I also have soft spot for the Imagination ride with Eric Idle and the purple dinosaur thing.
Yeah so maybe it doesn't have the fun rides that some of the other parks have, but Epcot's still where it's at.

The World Showcase is a lot of fun, but there aren't many rides. This is probably better for those with older kids because the young ones may not be as interested. That said the Wine and Beer Festival certainly makes this place worth a trip. 'Visiting' all of the countries is a lot of fun and this is a good wind down park or second park, if you have the Park Hopper passes.
