I loved Galicia! The greenest part of Spain, known as a foodie paradise. Head to Vigo and the next day hit Cies Isles. This island can be reached by ferry and was one of the most beautiful things I saw in Spain. Northern Spain is pretty fabulous, rent a car, if you can and drive through Asturias, all the way to San Sebastian. Stunning scenery!
