Great Location but the room is a little outdated for the Fairmont. The bed frame had tears in it. Also I thought it was a little rude for someone to look at the mini bar while we still in the room. If you see people in the room, please come back instead of asking to come in.

Simply put, I think that the Fairmont is one of the finest hotels in Chicago. First, the location is fantastic. You can wake up in the morning, and stroll on over to Millennium Park, which is located right down the block. There’s also a nice little market on the same block if you’re looking to stock up on some snacks, or a whole meal. Second, the staff is top-notch and is super helpful. Third, the Fairmont is definitely a looker. Striking, wavelike LED lights glimmer by the front desk in the lobby, and Eno wine bar is surrounded by a circular, see-though barrier that reminds one of a brassy forest. The rooms are luxurious, and even feature a magazine rack—one of the very few hotels I’ve seen this at. The gym is pretty spacious too. If you check into The Fairmont, you won’t be disappointed.Recommended for:

This chic hotel will make you feel like a VIP. The lobby is just gorgeous; spacious, quiet, and soothing. Guestrooms are decked out with all the luxuries you can hope for: flatscreens, rain showerheads, beautiful bedding. I love that the windows open to the outside. I just don't understand why a place like this charges for wifi. It's too bad, really.
The location is fantastic. Close to Millenium Park, the Riverwalk, Magnificent Mile. Everything is just a short walk away.Recommended for:

The Fairmont Chicago is beautiful and nearby lots of venues. It's walking distance from the bean and other tourist attractions, as well as the downtown shopping! The room is so chic and clean. The service is great and the front desk is excellent. The Aria is a nice place to chill and have a few drinks in the hotel. The food is good too.

The rooms here are so massive! It is so nice to have room in a hotel. The beds are the perfect size as well: large. This hotel really makes you feel pampered. Every detail speaks of luxury. The beds are air soft. The standing rain showers are so great they should be featured. There is also a separate room for the toilet, and this was not even a suite! The staff is friendly and prompt. Also, the elevators are cheetah fast. It is in a great location with plenty to do nearby. The Aria restaurant is an amazing place featuring New World Asian Cuisine, and it is only about $40 a plate. This hotel is fantastic!Recommended for:
