I think every part of the store is amazing. I love the collection of every stuffed animal known to man and the giant keyboard. We actually had to return a toy that didn't work, and even though it had been a year since we got it as a gift, they exchanged it for us without hassle!

The East Side social world’s favorite little boîte lost its lease after 27 years and shuttered last winter, but owner Philippe Delgrange found a new space, nearly four times as large, with the backing of power trio Ron Perelman, Eric Clapton and Steve Witkoff. The Decor: A large white oak bar with a pewter top catches your attention upon entry, ...

This place needs no description because it’s already a legend. Star-studded every night and still one of the hardest reservations in NY, Nobu never disappoints. From the classic rock shrimp tempura and the ceviche tacos to my new favorite dish (not even on the menu, but now you’re in the know) that Nicole Richie and I attacked the last time ...

I went to LAVO for dinner with a group of friends for a birthday celebration. We had an amazing time with a nice waitress who gave great recommendations. I ordered the oysters on the half shell, mixed green salad, and the spinach artichoke pizza. Definitely enough food for 2 to split, which is what I did with a girl friend ...

A must try if you're ever in New York. I got the mixed plate with gyro and shredded chicken. Be super careful with that firehouse sauce. It is deadly!

These sandwiches are when you see the price tag per sandwich and freak of these has enough meat for 3 or sandwiches. Go crazy and get the Woody Allen which is a combo of Corned Beef and Pastrami. The Jewish deli meats here are great...the waiters surly and don't forget those great pickles

This place is really special! Good food, from Burgers and Sandwiches to Salads and Pasta. But the Highlight is, that all of the waiters are talented singers, who sing broadway songs while you're enjoying your meal :D

Fantastic! I helped arrange a press event here and everything was top notch. The decor, modern, of course, mostly white with clean lines. The food exquisite! The staff was so helpful. The event went off without a hitch! Pricey but delicious. Great for a special night out!

I love pizza and I love places with charm. Merilu captures both of these things. The pizza here definitely is in my top 3 all time best pizzas (try the margherita). I love the coziness of the 5 tables inside and the frequent comings and goings of other customers.

Of all the to-go pizza slices during my month of backpacking down the East Coast, Famous Original Ray's Pizza was the best. Big, fast, garlic-y and perfectly cooked so it's not too hot for immediate consumption, the slices here really hit the spot. I specify "to-go" in the beginning of this review because, traveling solo and on a limited I-just-quit-my-job ...

Per word of mouth, I heard this establishment is where you go to cheat on your diet and indulge in one NYC's top options for burgery. This spot has so many cookies and bars it makes it really challenging to chose. When I went, their famous chocolate chip cookie had sold out so we tried their ginger cookie and it was to die for. I also tried a rice crispy treat made with fruity pebbles and a chocolate bar with caramel. Quite decadent and delish!

The boathouse is a great restaurant to visit when touring NYC. It gives you a reprieve from the business with a walk through Central Park. The lunch menu offers a variety of starters that were very good including salads. Entrees offered vegetarian options, but not a wide selection.

The outdoor terrace at Brasserie Ruhlmann is a great escape from the chaos of Rockefeller center and mid-town Manhattan. This is the perfect spot for dinner before / after a show at Radio City music hall. I never eat in this area because I think most of the restaurants are over touristed and the quality is quite poor. Ruhlmann really ...
