Amazing pizza place in Paia. Super creative menu with all sorts of combos you would never think of. Very thin crust pizza, baked in a big, open wood burning oven in the middle of town. Their specialty is using all fresh, local, organic ingredients. Super yummy. Its a very fun, lively atmosphere (sometimes with live music) and also very kid friendly.

Flatbread is one of the most popular spots in Paia. Very family friendly and a cozy vibe with the large brick oven in the center. The menu is very simple. Flatbreads and salad. They use organic ingredients and many sourced from local farms. I also love their organic and biodynamic wine selection. There is often a wait here so try to arrive before 7pm to get in faster.

You've got a half dozen or more options for a casual rubbah-slippah dinner in Paia, but the convivial Flatbread Company is the one I keep coming back to. The locally grown, often organic veggies and humanely raised meats that they pile on the wood oven-fired pizzas are delish, and so are the "no boundaries" salads. Good made-in-Hawaii microbrews on tap, too!

Great food at reasonable prices. Fantastic for large groups. Kids love to play with the dough and watch them make pizza in the brick oven. Highly recommended.

If you want good pizza, go here! Many of the ingredients used are grown on local farms. Definitely try the Mopsy’s Kalua Pork pizza.. and the Organic Salad and No Boundaries Flatbread are amazing as well.

Loved this place. I ordered the 12 inch Mopsy Kalua Pork pizza. I did think it could have had a LITTLE more kalua pork on it, only so the salty could balance out all the sweetness a bit more. The sauce is very sweet and there is also pineapple on the pizza. So my only thing would be a little more balance between sweet and salty. But I still loved it, the pizza size was perfect. I still had some left over to take home.

I love that everything is organic, and i LOVE the thin and crispy crust. I think the only thing I found...odd?...inappropriate?...perhaps illegal?? was that a 2 year old was sitting at the bar with his father, who was consuming alcohol. I'm pretty sure if you're under 21, you cannot sit at a bar. And yes, I'm from Oahu, so maybe we do some things a little more by the book here, and Maui is more "laid back"...but C'MON!

A very cool and chill place on the north side of Maui. Come in, sit at the bar, grab a local beer, order a 100% organic wheat dough pizza that's baked in an organic wood-fire oven, or one of the salads made with local ingredients, sit back and relax.

Located in Pa'ia town. Another of our families favorite places for a different pizza experience. Save room for the brownie and coconut ice cream for dessert.

Fun atmosphere, wood fired oven full of pizzas. Can be very busy though so dont go when you are super hungry, there is typically a wait to get in.

Came here after the Twin Falls Hike. It was packed around noon so it was about a 10 minute wait. We ordered the Meat Special and the Kalua Pig Pizza both were very good. All the ingredients were fresh and Maui produced so that was a plus. I'll be back

Good food and great place to cruise with the locals on the north shore of Maui. My favorite bartender here is Dave, he has the greatest smile! Adorable! Always packed at dinner time though so get there early!

Flatbread probably has the best pizza on Maui. They use locally grown ingredients on their pizzas and salads whenever they can, and the vibe in there is really chill. My boyfriend really only eats their Mopsy pizza, which has smoked pork shoulder, organic mango BBQ sauce, pineapple, red onion, goat cheeses, and blend of other cheeses and herbs. I keep it simple and get the cheese and herb. I only give 4 stars for this place though because they're kind of on the pricey side, but that's what happens when you support a business that uses local and organic ingredients to make yummy food for you!

Being from the Midwest, Chicago, I LOVE Stuffed Crust Pizza from Edwardo's or Giordano's. So, when my friends told me we were going to Flatbread's, I was a tad concerned because I am not a huge thin style pizza girl. Boy, did Flatbread's prove me wrong!! Every time I have family and / or friends in town, I make sure to make Flatbread's a stop! Or even just because!!! :)

This is probably my favorite restaurant in Maui. Relaxed and fun and really good pizza. Paia is a great little town.
