mmmmmmm, once again. I had a meeting here last night and everything was sooo GoOD! We had bread of course with some chipotle seasoned butter, the BBQ Salmon with creamed spinach and a bluberry cheesecake to top it off. I want more NOWRecommended for:Foodies

Lovely place to eat. Fancy and classy feeling. Great place for a date and great place to have dinner and catch the happy hours. Their food is amazing. Try to catch their Happy Hour from Monday-Friday 5pm-7pm. Great selection of wines and the food is great!

I highly recommend ordering the bone-in filet mignon (not on the menu, but just ask for it), which is super tender, juicy, and flavorful. The steaks are on the smaller side, so you will always have room for sides and desserts. In terms of the sides, the portions are also on the small side, but the shoestring fries and the mashed potatoes are delicious. However, the Fleming’s potatoes are phenomenal (scalloped jalapeno cheddar potatoes). For dessert, you can't go wrong no matter what you choose. The lava cake is my favorite. It’s moist and not too sweet, but still so decadent. The lava cake takes about 15 minutes to make, so the server will usually ask you while you’re still working on your steak if you want to order it. The crème brulee is creamy and full of real vanilla beans and the fresh berries with cream was good too. I really liked how this is a nice steakhouse, but didn’t feel stuffy like some others.

Flemings lands itself near the top of my steakhouse pile on our first outing. The service was well above average and friendly. Their bread is excellent, the steaks are top notch, sides are solid, and the chocolate lava cake is a nice decadent finish. Right now I'd say Flemings is close behind Mastro's as the best steakhouse I've been to. Costco sells gift cards at a discount if you're able to plan ahead.
