Been in love with Chef Hubert Keller since Top Chef Masters, and I finally got to go to his restaurant in SF! The food is amazing, the price is reasonable, the drinks are alright, and the service is a little too attentive. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely come back. I'm just a little spoiled by Le Cirque's service and that's why this place isn't a full 5 stars for me.Recommended for:Foodies

We've been meaning to go to Fleur De Lys for years, but somehow never made it. We finally scheduled for my wife's b-day and checked it off the list. Overall the food was excellent across the board -- we selected the 4-course tasting menu with wine pairings to match each dish. My wife won the first round with bacon covered scallops. The fish dish was probably a tie -- Petrale Sole vs. Alaskan Halibut. I chose the Filet Mignon for my main course and I think that won the round over the Kobe Beef Cheeks. My dessert selection was based on a server suggestion and she nailed it -- the Fleurburger was both creative in presentation and fabulous in taste. An excellent choice that I would never have made myself. The best part was Chef Hubert Keller stopping by our table to congratulate my wife at the end of the meal -- a very classy and much appreciated move. While the food was excellent, we have had more memorable dinners in SF -- but overall a fantastic experience made special by getting to meet Chef Keller.

if you watched the first season of Top Chef Masters, you're prob like me and were rooting for Hubert Keller. Well this is his restaurant. i came here for a special occasion about 2 yrs ago and it was fabulous! we had the 5 course tasting and it was way too much food. and not in a bad way. the way in which you can't stop eating without unbuckling your belt and the top button of the pants. thank goodness for long table cloths! the food was beautifully presented. service was excellent. highlights were small seared filet, lobster tail, and mac and cheese sampling.

Fleur de Lys is one of my favorite San Francisco restaurants!! The ambiance is very memorable and romantic.. you feel like you're stepping inside a lovely, Parisian elegant tent!
The foie gras here is OUTSTANDING...and you can't leave Fleur de Lys without ordering their souffle. It's the best!

This place is great - great service - great food and it's like I'm eating inside a tent.....it was romantic. Yes, yet again I was here with another acquaintance ....what can I say - they don't love me but they love the food. That aside I still remember the flight of foie gras. It was superb. The place is quiet, the valet parking is necessary, and the entire experience screamed something cozy, seductive, and most defintely french in my mind's ear. I had no idea what it meant but I knew that it didn't matter.. I was enthralled...;D
