Seaside is one of the nations first "planned communities" and was even the back drop for Jim Carrey's "The Truman Show". Take an afternoon to visit the local shops, music stores, old time generals store and more! Whether you want to take a stroll through the town or check out the local music scene, Seaside has it!

Where do I begin? Key West is unique to say the least! Enjoy sunset celebration with plenty of street performers, take the Conch Tour Train to tour the island, enjoy shopping, dining, partying, drag queen shows, and more!

It's Disney World! It's amazing! Everything is expertly crafted down to the last detail. It's a total fantasy land! And there is something for everyone. Disney knows that adults want to have fun too. I've been several times through childhood and into my teens. It's always magical!

Includes North Miami Beach and Downtown. Culturally you can't beat it and the beaches are plentiful, it's like being in the Caribbean without all of the travel.

What's not to like about the omnipresent sunshine, the warm Gulf of Mexico waters, the pristine sands of the beautiful Clearwater Beach, and the hospitality? It's not a utopian nirvana, because there are some dangerous no-go areas, but it's d*mn close.

This little island/town is extremely popular with the locals of Miami. Less crowded and touristy than downtown or any of the other beaches near there, Key Biscayne and Biscayne Bay are great places to go enjoy the small beach-town feel that the rest of the beaches in Miami have lost to time and popularity. Bonus: The Miami Seaquarium has its ...

Truly the best destination in Florida for its beautiful beaches, vibrant nightlife and incredible cultural and artistic feel with many museums and galleries. Have lived here on and off for the past twenty five years and it just gets better all the time. If you haven't visited, I would strongly suggest it.

With average temperatures of 75 degrees, family-friendly New Smyrna Beach is perfect for year-round outdoor living. The nearly six-mile waterfront loop follows the Intracoastal Waterway, Indian River, and Atlantic Ocean through varied neighborhoods. Pick an outdoor café along Third Avenue, called “Eat Street,” or stroll the palm-lined Flagler Avenue, whose history dates back to the 1920s. At New Smyrna Beach’s ...

This is the oldest city in the Americas with some really great architecture and amazing ocean views. Great fish tacos and surf and perfect weather in the winter.

Truly a throw back in time, this town is both adorable but touristy, and it really gives you a feel for Florida in a bygone era. Ample restaurants and some fun shops with a few old school but very clean motels. Definitely worth a visit for something different but yet solidly Florida.

Grew up by port everglades and loved every minute of it. Great place to live, probably even better to visit (during the winter) because the summer gets a little too hot for some.

Jacksonville is named in honor of President Andrew Jackson, and was platted a year after Jackson became President. It is Florida's largest city by population and geography, with a population of just under a million people.

Loved the place - wish we had more time there. Ate terrific light afternoon dinner at Traders. Drove thru the wild life trail - would need more time to walk around and observe - if you have only little time - skip the trail. Beaches are great. In June the late afternoon thunderstorm caught as at the beach. Lovely area.

Cape Canaveral has so much to offer, but the space center is definitely the highlight of any trip. The drive from Orlando isn't too bad, so it's worth a stop if you're already there.
