Here's a tip: if you've been wanting to experience this place, the dinner menu is the same exact as lunch. The only difference is the price. So, a small adjustment of meal hour makes a difference of almost 50% off. Just sayin'.
Fogo lives up to the hype. I was surprised to see that this Beverly Hills Fogo was one of a few around here, with the next nearest one being Las Vegas. Somehow I thought this place would be franchised like crazy, but it's somewhat unique. My review of this place is focused around the attentive service and the quality of the meats. Pretty unsurpassed in all the expected and unexpected.
-=-MEAT-=- You can eat whatever you want, however much you want. So if you are like me, you are looking for flavorful, juicy, and fatty, and that pretty much means that filet mignon and chicken are out. No matter, since the star of my meal here was the Picanha, Fogo Steak, and Top Sirloin. Picanha and Fogo Steak is the same cut of meat, just that the Fogo Steak hasn't been folded over. While Picanha ends up being a sliver of a slice, Fogo Steak tend to be a thicker cut, hence juicier. Top sirlion cuts come out like nuggets, so indulge responsibly since they tend to be the fattier cuts. Rib eye is typically my all-star favorite, but the garlic-ness of the top sirlion actually edged it out.
-=-Cheese Biscuits-=- OMG these are so gooey cheesy good. When they cool down though, the magic is lost. Do not fret, since with the impeccable service here, our waitress offered to replace our magic-less biscuits with fresh ones. And when it looked like we were slowing down, they asked us if we wanted to specifically request our favorite meats for the home stretch.
My lunch hour did not incur the crowds that other's mentioned here, but I've also been here before for dinner and it wasn't at all bad. I cannot imagine that you would get blatantly ignored here.

came for dinela. everyone had the same effing idea. waited an HOUR to get seated WITH RESERVATIONS. come during lunch for the best value dinela or not because you might be saving some money but honestly you end up having to wait forever for subpar service, weird clientele who end up drinking on an empty stomach while they wait, which makes them even more unbearable to sit next to. I would rather pay $15 more and get the version of fogo I am used to.

This place is just awesome! Came here with my sister for Dine in LA, and boy, was it worth it. There were so many people waiting during the lunch hour, but thankfully, we had a reservation and immediately got our table. Everywhere you look, you see the servers walking around, holding their skewers of various food items. We had a corner table, but that was not a problem because they always came to us! And all the food items were so delicious, and season really well! They had so many choices, ranging from top sirloin, lamb, pork, and chicken, and that's not even including their salad bar items! Their salad bar items included olives, salads, salami, smoked salmon, and hot food items like rice and potato. At one point my sister and I got so much food, we had to turn away some of the skewers headed our way and take a quick break! I would definitely love come back here again one day!Recommended for:Foodies

Came during dineLa weekday lunchtime.
Yes I know it has been almost 6 months since I ate to writing this review.
But I digress.
Location: This is Beverly Hills. Enjoy the fancy cars and expensive restaurants.
Parking: Valet or street meter.
We thought we would only stay for a bit so we decided to street park.
Well, we fed the meter several times. Might have been cheaper to valet.
But, cost was not a factor, insomuch as speed factor upon exiting.
Phone Etiquette: The lady that picked up the phone was friendly.
I wanted to make a reservation but she assured me that we would not need any reservation. Note: We were eating a pretty early lunch.
When we arrived, I mentioned that I had called and that we didn't require any reservation. No problem. Good!
Even during weekday lunchtime, the place was semi-crowded.
They sat us in the back corner. In the back corner???
Cue: Dirty Dancing soundtrack ~ Nobody puts Baby in a corner.
Food: We tried to eat each and everything on the meat menu:
bacon wrapped meat, steak, chicken, lamb.
How can you not love bacon wrapped meat at an AYCE bbq place?
How can you not love bacon anywhere?
I did pass by the salad bar on the way to our table and restroom.
But, once I was seated, I did not leave my seat to visit the salad bar.
My guest took several trips and brought back different things each and every time.
He would say go and try.
Nope, I kept my resolve. Must eat only meat. And, more meat.
Sides - They kept coming by and checking and either refilling or bringing new sides: mashed potatoes, fried plantains ( OMG - hadn't had in years), cheesey cheese rolls.
My main gripe was with the meat service. During the entire meal, I kept my color GREEN. But, for some reason, the servers criss-crossed or some other random pattern. We were constantly flagging them. One of my guest wanted to try one meat that never visited our table. We asked several times. We waited. And, we waited some more. After being there for over several hours, we gave up.
Side note: We were not the only guests to be upset. There was a 2 top table that was so upset about lack of meat service. The gentlemen spoke with a manager.
It did not seem to improve.
Not sure if this was due to dineLA or short staffed during lunchtime or too many people (Asians) eating too much meat??
Overall: Great alternative to Korean AYCE bbq. Fancy AYCE bbq.
Be prepared to shell out $$$ for location, location, and location.
Would I recommend? Oscillating between meat and poor service.
But, I would probably not be back, unless, you offered to pay.Recommended for:Luxury Travelers

Delicious all-you-can-eat Brazilian BBQ. I LOVE the bread balls here. Try not to stuff yourself with them, though, so you can actually enjoy all the scrumptious meat! My favorite is the garlic beef. Wish I could eat here more often but it's really pricy.

Great selection of AYCE meat and an extensive salad bar that you can't help sampling from either. The cheese bread rolls are delicious. The restaurant was a little too cold so all the meat on my plate turned cold very quickly, which then didn't taste as good. The service was pretty good though. This is more expensive than some of the other Brazilian restaurants in LA, but worth a try with DineLA prices.

Tons of delicious meat and all you can eat!
Great salad bar to help lighten your plate - Love the fresh mozarella balls! The cheese balls are also sooo delicious! It's so tempting to fill yourself up on these little puffs of cheese, but save room for all the meats!
It's kind of pricey, but if you can get in during dineLA, it's at a discounted price! :)

Usually, I wait til I've been to a certain location at least 2 times before I give them a yelp review. But I don't think I will have another chance to come back here.
Everyone who has ever mentioned Brazilian BBQ, FOGO DE CHAO always comes up. And for good reason. Not gonna lie, service here was spot on. Didn't wait very long til my table was ready, especially with the crowd of people that is already waiting in line to be seated. They don't rape you on the valet parking fees only $5.50! It is a definitely cheap parking when it comes to Beverly Hills.
Besides the excellent service, I very much enjoyed the aesthetically pleasing salad bar. Everything was so organized and well presented. As a visual eater, its a must for me. If I can fill my plate with food in less than a minute, then you've done your job. I always enjoyed the sides they gave you. The puffy bread was so good, I would eat a million of these if I could. Same goes for the corn meal thingy.
Enough about the not so important stuff. Lets get down to business! The meat!
Let me start with the good, the 2 lamb meat were really. The lamb shank and the lamb chop were both juicy. Full of flavor. No complaints
Next would probably be the pork ribs, the middle pieces were good, but I ended up with a bottom piece, it was dry and salty.
The house special and the top sirloin steak where both good. Perfectly cooked, however, I found it to be a little bit under seasoned.
For the rest of the meats they were either too salty, or too bland. It was quite disappointing. Not what I expected from a place like this. How could a fancy place like this serve anything that is over or under seasoned?
I am not saying that the food isn't good, it's just not worth the money. I'd probably come back, if I didn't have to fork out a pretty penny or TWO just to eat some mediocre cooking.
Honestly, I'd probably take my money and get some good old American BBQ or Korean BBQ for a fix of delicious protein for significantly less.

Best Brazilian BBQ place in LA! I don't think I have eaten this much in my LIFE! We had our green light (meaning keep serving me!) on the whole time and it was just a race between the server, the meat, me and my stomach. I was literally trying to clear the plate before the server came so there would me more room on the plate... I love the cheese ball... I probably ate the whole basket full of it. I had no shame in being the carnivorous beast at such fancy restaurant because the food was just so fantastic! Next time I go, I will slow down a bit and act like a lady haha!
