In a city of four seasons, The Four Seasons Hotel fits right in. Expect luxury throughout the hotel and attention to detail in every room. Catch an incredible view of the lake as you enjoy one of the best brunches in town.

This is a really fun hotel. They have staff members called “Bedtime Butlers” who will read the kids stories at night. They are really friendly, and know how to make it fun for them. There was also an ice cream man that comes up to bring the dessert and kid sized robes. The pool is huge, its probably 50' long or more. Everything is very classy, and it seems like a very multifunctional place with also lots of business people rushing in and out. Our suite was very bright with lots of windows and a great view of the beach. The internet was free, which was as nice touch because some other hotels can charge $10-$20 dollars a day for wifi.

This hotel is pretty breathtaking. I walked in and was in awe of the lobby and then someone told me that the lobby was actually on the seventh floor. The actual lobby is opulent and open, with well-picked paintings on every wall. It blends seamlessly into the Alllium restaurant and bar/lounge (if this place weren’t so close to the Mag Mile, I’d say you never have to leave). The hotel is stacked, rooms have every amenity you can think of, though you do have to pay for WiFi. There’s a humungous fitness center, with a spa and a pool. The rooms start at the 30th floor, so the views are amazing. You can request a city view (facing west) or a lake view (facing east). I say go for the lake view, you still get a little city in there, and if you’re an early riser, you’re in a front row seat for the sunrise over Lake Michigan.

I honestly think this place is over rated. I think the rooms are old looking and not so attractive. The views are great though. One note: I was going to stay on the pullout couch bed in my mother's hotel room, but when I took the bed out, it wasn't made and it was filthy dirty. Gross! Not acceptable for a 4-5 star hotel. The Spa is nice.

From one the window of a spacious corner suite on the 34th floor, I must have had one of the best views of anyone in the city of the Chicago Air and Water Show’s southern terminus at Oakton Street Beach. The other window wall looked straight up the Miracle Mile. I was so well-located for seeing the sights, in fact, I had a hard time prying myself out of the fluffy luxury that was the bed. For me, that’s the mark of true hotel comfort: when remaining in the room feels like a vacation. Two more pampering touches I experienced at the Four Seasons were the ‘Martini Man’ who came with a cart bearing the fixings for everything from my standard: a dry Tanqueray with olives, to the more foo-foo Chocolate martinis, Cosmopolitans and Appletinis. His arrival – and a few girlfriends from the city -- turned my suite into a cocktail party, complete with chocolate-dipped strawberries. The next morning (not too early!) I scheduled a 50 minute facial and I could feel the 7 years experience that my aesthetician said she had emanating from her fingers. I appreciated that so much, since I’ve stayed in high end hotels where the spa personnel are newly trained and the service comes out hesitant or careless. On the whole, the staff have an eager-to-help attitude and the room service was lightning fast and accurate. I would stay here anytime and recommend the hotel to anyone shopping in this price range.

I was taken a back to find this to be in a mall, almost. I have always held Four Seasons in high regard, but the unusual setup and entrance made me feel like it was a little cheaper or they had compromised what Four Seasons was just to be in a touristy area.
I was wrong, this Four Seasons really is the epitome of the four-star/five-star hotel with the 4 diamond service and the extremely attentive concierge and staff. The entrance is nice, but the lobby is really grand, you feel like you have been deposited in a mist of luxury as you stroll around to the lobby bar. I felt really under dressed just to be inside.
The location is fantastic since, like I said, was essentially inside the mall so shopping is a breeze and the cute cafe down the street is fantastic for breakfast and a quick cup of coffee but well away from the busy bustle of Michigan. There are so many quaint boutique shops on Delaware that you will have to take out a good part of the day just to browse. It's definitely a $$$$ property, but if it suits your wallet you will most certainly have a fantastic time here.
Dining options at Four Seasons Chicago include the upscale Seasons restaurant, casual Seasons Lounge and a bar/lounge. Room service is available 24 hours a day. Recreational amenities include an indoor pool, a spa tub, and a fitness facility. Extensive spa amenities include massage, facial and body treatments and a hair salon. This 5.0 star property has a business center. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. Additional property amenities include valet parking, a concierge desk, and multilingual staff.
Bathrooms feature bathrobes and hair dryers. In addition to complimentary wireless Internet access, guest rooms offer phones, CD players, and voice mail. Flat panel televisions have DVD players. Air conditioned rooms also include desks, minibars, and irons/ironing boards. A turndown service is available nightly, housekeeping is offered, and guests may request hypo allergenic bedding.
Additional fees and deposits may be charged by the property at time of service, check in, or check out.
