A wonderful property. Overlooking Batiquitos lagoon, it is surrounded by nature, with walking and running trails.
The staff provides the real four seasons experience, meeting and exceeding every expectation. The rooms (especially the suites) are sized perfectly, with lots of room to relax. Gyms, pools and areas to lounge make this a destination by itself.

Great location about a half hour north of San Diego, which means closer to the winelands, outlet shopping and surfing at Solana Beach. The rooms are spotless and wonderfully decorated, the pools have comfortable chairs, great food and very often some afternoon smoothie surprises!

I love this place!
With the last click of the door, walking away was the hardest thing I did all week. This place is heaven! It's more than a home away from home.
When wifey told me we have a whole week's stay, I was excited. This was our second time here. Being here in mind and body has been a great way for me to re-energize my spirit and spend some nice alone time with wifey since work has made me become a Debbie-downer.
Four Seasons RC has exceeded my expectations when it comes to the ultimate vacation. The one bedroom villa is quite spacious and you forget that there are other rooms around you. You want amenities; they definitely have them, room service, and laundry service (even though there is a small washer/dryer in the room). Don't want to go out to eat, you can cook up your fave dish easily because all the necessary tools are there. The dining table seats 6 so you can proudly display your creation. If you do make a mess it's cleaned up the next day by housekeeping.
The living room has a fold out bed for snuggling in front of the gas fire place. If you wanted to pay a little extra to make your home away from home more special; you can your furry kids stay with you! Dog beds are available along with dog bowls minus the food.
This villa has two bathrooms. The bedroom and living room both have patios. The details in the room just spell luxury, for example they used to offer Bulgari lotion, shampoo, conditioner and soaps and now they offer L'Occitane products(I prefer Bulgari, but have grown to love L'Occitane). The bed was super soft and if you wanted to listen to music or hear nature there is an iHome alarm clock and dock for your iPod.
The resort has two different sections: The Residence Club Meadows and Residence Club Summit. Both have a fitness room, pool, and such a long list of other amenities that I would just recommend you experience it for yourself. And for the fitness vacationers- there's even a map for running 3 different distances ranging from a short 2.5k, 5K, 10.5K which gives you a nice view of the resort as well as the surrounding neighborhood and Batiquitos Lagoon (small hiking trail here). There's plenty to do, but what I definitely love is the view and the beautiful sunset.
Although the Four Seasons Hotel is now Park Hyatt Aviara, folks who stay at FSRC have access to the Park Hyatt Aviara amenties, such as their pools and spa. If you get a chance to stay here, do it! There will be no ounce of regret other than not being able to stay longer.
Ps. Wifey thank you!
