This is a lovely property and after leaving to see other parts of Sharm El Sheikh, this is the only place I would consider staying. The grounds of the hotel and the well trained staff make this an oasis in Egypt.
We had a Deluxe room. The view from the deck area was fantastic -- nice views of the Red Sea and a great sitting area with plenty of shade. The room itself was a bit dark and did not get a lot of natural lighting; however, the bathrooms are spacious and attractive.
The house reef is adequate but this is definitely a place for relaxing by the pool / beach and seems to be very kid friendly but not overrun.
My only complaint about the property is that food and beverages are extremely high. Cocktails run $15-20 USD + 25% service and tax. Mezze are priced at a similar levels (per item) -- i.e., easily 8-10x prices elsewhere in the country. Expect to spend at least an additional $200-300USD per day for a couple (assuming you are on the B&B package).
The hotel also charges outrageous amounts for excursions (e.g., $500 USD ++ to visit Mt. Sinai vs. no more than $100-150 if you book elsewhere). Airport transfers were also at silly rates ($35-75 USD ++) for what is no more than a 2km ride (hotel is next to the airport). Consider contacting an agent and booking these separately. We used Nubia Tours (recommended by Andrew Harper) and thought they were quite good.Recommended for:Family Travelers

Another wonderful Four Seasons experience. The best staff, amazing food (especially the breakfast buffet), wonderful swimming pools and private beach. Not cheap- but almost worth it. Only negative- the rooms are spacious and luxurious but not decorated to my taste. A bit old lady...Recommended for:Luxury Travelers
