Pretty decent muffuletta and jambalaya but I think you go here for the ambiance. Classical music playing, a tasty beer in hand, cool photos and art on the walls, history.

This place is a bust. Another tourist trap, so don't get sucked in. There are better more authentic places to get coffee and french doughnuts. Just keep walking down the street.

At the New Orleans School of Cooking, Mr. B’s was recommended as the place to go for BBQ shrimp. So our group of six went there for lunch. I’ll eat one shrimp, but didn’t want an entire plate, so while my dining companions were sitting with the paper bibs tied around their necks, I had the trout amandine. The dish ...

I enjoyed this restaurant for its simple, Southern charm. The fresh baguettes served with butter are a warm welcome, and their prices are reasonable. Do yourself a favor and get the white chocolate bread pudding. It has a fabulous texture and the white chocolate isn't overpowering; definitely a must-try.

Although I would choose the Fat City location over this one nearly every time, it is great to see Deanie's getting some recognition from tourists and visitors. Always a local favorite, the fish is fresh and flavorful. And plentiful. The service is always so accommodating and friendly. In a town known for its restaurants, this is worth the visit.

Excelent food and service they cure most if their meats, and always have a whole fish that changes every few months. Many dishes are small and large plates so u can sample a fee. The pizza are thin crust and chared. Good wine selection and menu chsnges from time to time so keeps u coming back.

This was my favorite restaurant there! (this is long and im sorry) I was in town for a week and went to breakfast there every morning. Start with oysters in the half shell, of course! Have some Voodoo Juice (if you like your fruity drinks, this is a blue-green concoction that elicits laughter from the bartender upon order...not precisely sure why). Watch the human contortionist/machete juggler outside the window and make some new friends at the bar. Follow with a Taste of New Orleans - a ...
