Hidden away on the grounds of a mineral springs resort where you can rent redwood hot tubs by the hour, this restaurant does a decent job of New American cuisine with seasonal Californian ingredients. But it's high-priced for the local market, and there are better options in downtown San Luis Obispo or even nearby Pismo Beach. I've never eaten here and truly felt it was worth the price, even during discounted Restaurant Week.

On the grounds of the sycamore mineral springs, we came here this morning for the Sunday Jazz Brunch and it was a little disappointing. It's not really a brunch, because you just order off of the menu. They do have some good vegan options and healthy options so it goes with the health and wellness theme of the Sycamore Springs. The restaurant wasn't crowded so service was very good.Recommended for:Vegetarian
