This is where Glen & I got married! It is an incredible, magical city all of its own - especially during the holidays with the incomparable lights and decorations. Many restaurants, shops, a great full-service spa inside and so much more to discover. It is an excellent place for a wedding or any event of any size! Next door to Opry Mills Shopping Mall & Movie Theatre (and famous Aquarium Restaurant)...

Love, love this resort. We have traveled all over the world and the Gaylord is by far one of the top 3 hotels we've ever stayed at. The entire place is 5 stars in our book!

Technically the Gaylord Opryland Hotel is indoors, but you would never know it standing inside. There are four distinct areas that have water fountains, lush foliage, M.C. Escher- like bridges, and waterfalls. There is eve a boat ride available in one area. A great way experience the outdoors without getting wet.

The Gaylord Opryland Resort area is a great place to spend a day in Nashville. There is a ton of shopping, the new location of the Grand Ole Opry, and the resort hotel itself. There are indoor gardens, restaurants, bars, and other areas of interest. If you come during Christmas the display is incredible - trees, lights, and music!

What a crazy place this hotel is! Huge tropical gardens with small rivers, lakes, falls; ballrooms, Nashville frescoes and shop. A really unique spot in town.

Magical. The attention to detail is amazing. The indoors under a massive dome with views of the puffy clouds in the sky. Uber Clean room. Friendly staff that goes out of their way to help (take your picture, room service, dinner hosts, give you directions). Revello and Fuse were great restaurants - nice atmosphere-not a bad seat in the house, good food, nice staff. Good beverages (beverage tax is high). Could use more and better breakfast places but there's coffee a-plenty. Lots of walking to see it all inside. Fun and something different from the regular old hotel experience.

This hotel has set the benchmark for all my future travels. It offers travelers a great variety of rooms, cafe's and shopping. Its a little city within a city. The eateries, gardens and attractions will delight all the family. There was even Shreks House there when I visited. Its a fun place and I really enjoyed visiting there.

I've lived in Nashville nearly all my life and am still amazed by this place. I even worked here for about five months, and it still didn't lose its majesty. Staying here can be pricey, but well worth it if you have the cash. If not, at least take a walk through the grounds. There's beautiful gardens, delicious restaurants, and a luxury spa. If you're here during the fall or winter, it's even better...they deck it all out for the holiday season between Halloween and New Year's Day with thousands of lights, ornaments hanging from the atrium ceilings, and more. It's like the north pole of the South! If you're coming to Nashville for business, there's also a beautiful convention center to hold all your meetings.

It's a little world in itself, an all-inclosed lush garden atrium. It's massive with all sorts of cool things to discover. The rooms are great with super-comfy beds. A large variety of eating selections; something for everyone, any time of day. There's shopping and music to enjoy. Plan on staying several days to get the full effect, you won't regret it..every thing is first-class! Do something really special for yourself and go at Christmas time, the decorations are breath-taking!! I promise you won't be disappointed.....enjoy!!!

Outside of the center of Nashville but wow! Is this place huge...! The hotel is beautiful not to mention expensive but it's almost as if you have a rainforest inside this hotel. Golf course outside the hotel and much to do. Food is great and they have a variety of restaurants to choose from. If you can afford to stay here make sure you make it on your list to at least visit. Always something going on at this resort.

The Gaylord Opryland was absolutely astonishing! The fauna and floral throughout the atriums were truly breathtaking and the rooms very roomy with comfortable beds. The staff were pleasant and told us exactly where all the fun and excitement was happening and where to get the best barbeque. It was a little hard to navigate at first, but once we had the handy dandy map of the hotel and convention center it was much easier. Definitely suggest staying here when in Nashville!

I detest everything about this hotel. It's a city under a roof. The service is awful. It takes ages to get from point a to point b. They ship in slave labor from Mexico to fulfill their staffing needs. They are put up in terrible conditions. It's just not my cup of tea. I generally detest any hotel that has more than 100 rooms.

This resort was amazing. With three huge atrium lobbies, complete with exotic plants, ponds, waterfalls, bridges, and fantastic views from all levels is inviting and a must to explore through. This resort is huge. It has stables where you can go on a horse ride or a golf course to play a game of golf. You can easily get lost in it. However, the staff is more than willing to send you in the right direction. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurants have great food. They have shuttle service to the Grand Ole Opry. You have to pay to park. They even charge for self parking. But this resort is not just a place to lay your head, it is a spectacle to see. I recommend averybody stay there at least once in your life. It is truly amazing.
