    Wiesbaden Pedestrian Zone

    5
    1 review

Wiesbaden's pedestrian zone is more than one kilometre long – not including the numerous small side streets in which there are also many discoveries to be made. In the pedestrian zone there are hundreds of retailers alongside large department stores and a big variety of restaurants. The narrow streets and alleys are home to all kinds of independent retail shops. ...

    Semperoper Dresden

    Theaterplatz 2, 01067 Dresden, Germany
    4
    9 reviews

Dresden's Semper Opera House, located prominently at the theatre square is quite a beautiful structure with a lot of character. I had wanted to see the inside, but alas, it was not open. The exterior exudes a kind of grandeur that is almost impossible to replicate today. I actually like that the outside wall still wears the years of soot ...

I could have spent hours walking along the Berlin wall to really take in all the artistic contributions collected on the wall. Every mural was beautiful, thought-provoking and interesting. Since I was a little short on time, I worked my way through the wall pretty quickly so I am sure I missed alot, but I would recommend giving yourself plenty ...

Breathtakingly gorgeous! After tramping around in the cold rain for about an hour we stepped into the Dome exhausted. We looked up at the ceiling and at the windows, and it was like receiving a second wind. All of the stress and tiredness just seemed to float off and away from us. The sheer beauty of this magical place truly ...

Visiting Neuschwanstein is like living a fairy tale! The castle is beyond gorgeous and is accompanied by an equally beautiful setting as it is situated amongst the Bavarian Alps. It also over looks the Alpensee, a pristine, blue lake. Ludwig had extravagant tastes in architecture, fairy tales as well as Wagner Operas, and it all shows in his castle! Taking ...
