So the resort itself is truly beautiful, but customer service is not their strong suit. I've never had to wait on line for so many different things before, check-in, breakfast, drinks by the pool, etc.... we paid for a red level upgrade and were not given all the amenities that we were supposed to receive with the upgrade, particularly the butler service. The beach isn't much of anything, the resort was built on a coral reef and there are no waves or really anything that you look for at the beach, we ended traveling about ten minutes away to the Wyndham to use their beach. I would probably only return here if it were free. Not worth all the money.
