Hands down, the Grand Hyatt Amman had the best breakfast buffet I've ever had at a hotel. I'd stay here again, just to be able to eat the breakfast buffet in the morning. From the friendly staff to the eye-opening Turkish coffee and the food selection, it was an amazing experience. A great way to start our day.
There were a few unpleasant incidents upon check-in, but after that, our stay went well. Our king bed room was well-appointed with a comfy bed, large flat-screen television, large shower stall and complimentary toiletries.

I stayed here for six weeks in the spring of 2008. The service was amazing, with everyone from the bellhops to the spa workers. The breakfast buffet was the standard to which I compare every other hotel. My room was always spotless. The men and women that work at this hotel will treat you like kings and queens.
