Fabulous lodging option that provides convenience and luxury while traveling too or through DFW. Rooms are well appointed and quite. Food is outstanding, and the staff is very attentive and welcoming. Rooftop pool was a pleasant and unexpected treat for my daughter.Recommended for:

This was a good hotel if you have a stopover in Dallas and need an airport hotel.
The airline had lost my luggage and because this hotel caters to businessmen the Front Desk offered me an amenitie kit.
That saved the day!
It is a mid-range hotel that is clean with all the amenities that you would expect from a Hyatt.Recommended for:

This was my second time at the Grand Hyatt DFW and I had as great of a stay the second time if not better. I had placed a request for an e-upgrade in order to guarantee a runway view on a high floor and it went through. It was an extra $20 which was well worth it because the view was spectacular. In fact, severe thunderstorms were coming through the airport area and it was fantastic to watch it from the large "control tower" that was my room. The quality of the room was excellent with a bathroom that offered both a shower and a bathtub.
The noise level in my room was extremely low which allowed me to get a great nights sleep.
I ordered room service, which Hyatt calls private dining, and enjoyed their chicken and mushroom pizza and a chicken Caesar salad which left me enough for my little Yorkie, Fergie.
The next morning, I went down for the complimentary coffee offered at the Illy Coffee Shop in the lobby. Their were also all types of syrups and flavored powders for the coffee that made it that much better; it was evident a lot of care had gone into the coffee experience here.
The gym was on the Sky Spa Level at the top of the hotel and was truly fully equipped. Of course the birds-eye view of the airport was part of the deal there too making the workout go by just a little bit faster.
My stay went by too fast and following check out I took an escalator down to the American Airlines check in area. What could be easier?
