Truly a classic gem of a hotel. This hotel may be old, but it it is far from stale. The rooms have been recently upated and are very comfortable. The lobby bar is not to missed. And if you are in the mood for a burger, the restaurant here makes one of the best in LA!

Swanky. High profile. Celebrity status. SLS Hotel is part of the Luxury Collection of Starwood Hotels. It definitely lives up to the expectation of luxury: spacious rooms, comfortable beds, private pool cabanas, and one of the top restaurants in Los Angeles: The Bazaar by Chef Jose Andres. Well worth a visit and stay. Redeem those Starwood points here!

    Mondrian Los Angeles

    Mondrian Los Angeles

    Hotel Class:

    25 reviews
Very Good! - 84% of guests recommend

I stayed here on a weekend trip to LA to celebrate both the end of ALC and Pride -- so the centrally (to WeHo) located Mondrian was really a no-brainer. Within walking distance (just up the hill) of all the restaurants, bars and clubs of WeHo, the Mondrian provides the perfect perch for out-of-town visitors. Great views of the city ...

This fun-in-the-sun resort is, simply put, amazing. I love coming here and just losing track of time. I spent most of my time at the adult pool getting some sunshine, but I also enjoyed just walking around the resort. They allow pets so that is a HUGE selling point for me, I prefer not to travel without my dog....so this ...

To clarify, I have never stayed overnight at The Peninsula, but I have had Afternoon Tea and a massage at The Peninsula Spa. Both experiences are 5 stars! First, Afternoon Tea. Amazing. College town since it sits right next to UCLA. Westwood is always busy, crowded and noisy every Fri., Sat. Night with about 2,000 drunk college kids. If you are a drunk college kid, this is the town for you! Expensive, no place to park, clubs with drunk, scantily clad college girls, lots and lots of overpriced restaurants and stores and ...

Beautiful hotel with fantastic gardens and grounds. With the makeover after Langham purchased the property post Ritz-Carlton, this hotel brings modern glamour to country chic. The interior designer really knocked his/herself out. The bar is just absolutely amazing, bringing in modern decor with traditional highlights, while still keeping it "California Comfortable." I think whoever designed this place was a genius ...

Love, love, love this hotel. A few of the female employees were a little "snooty," which amazed me since if you're working there, you probably can't afford to stay there; but whatever. Otherwise, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
