    Le Montrose Suite

    Le Montrose Suite

    Hotel Class:

This is one of those tucked away hidden gems that will give you a real feel for the area. I love that as someone that lives in Southern California, when my friends mentioned a 'staycation' this was the first hotel I thought of. The location is a bit hidden and that makes it a perfect choice for that couple needing ...

    Hotel Class:

Tucked away on a quiet side street in West Hollywood is The Petit Ermitage Hotel. The gorgeous private rooftop club (for hotel guests and members only) might be THE best kept secret in all of LA. This stunning, private space has native gardens, a heated saltwater pool, cabanas, an outdoor sunken fireplace, indoor/outdoor lounge spaces and 360 views of the ...

    W Los Angeles - Westwood

An exciting hospitality hotspot in a desolate area is the worst. The smart locale of the W hotel in Westwood boasts perfect proximity to the elegance of Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, such as walking distance to the Hammer Museum. Yet, it also allows a simple jaunt to UCLA's campus and college-crowd indulgences like Diddy Reise's decadent ice cream and ...

I'm often at the Luxe for business meetings and I love it! The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant, lounge, and outside seating are beautiful. Food at the restaurant is delicious. I've now enjoyed several meals there and everything I've had has been great. The location is kind of a drag and a pain to get from where I ...

It had been several years since I had last been here, so I was very surprised when I walked into the lobby. The hotel has recently been upgraded and wow, what a difference! It has a great boutique hotel feel and the interior design is beautiful and soothing. In fact when I asked about it the desk clerk mentioned that ...

I had always heard about how nice the Athletic Club was. But originally it was open to members only. In fact at one point it was an upscale apartment building that Charlie Chapman called home. This year they are celebrating their 100th anniversary and are open to non members visiting Los Angeles. Walking into the lobby today you feel the ...

From the minute I walked into the hotel lobby to our hotel room, I felt serenity, calm and peacefulness and most important, safe. The room was awesome! Once you walked in, you need to insert your key into a slot by the door and leave it in there to be able to turn on the electricity for the room. You ...

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Los Angeles Downtown

This will be one of the less expensive hotels in Downtown Los Angeles, although there is no pool/spa, there's a lush mid-rise rooftop garden and water feature - something that's quite unique in downtown. A matter of fact, come check out their garden and have a "romantic drink" during the warmer days when they set up a bar there. It ...

I like this Marriott location, it's close to Long Beach Airport and they have a free shuttle to take you to the airport. They have a Starbucks Coffee kiosk, a bar, a breakfast buffet area and a steak house all in one hotel. The gym area has just been renovated and the pool is always inviting. I just prefer to ...

    Renaissance Los Angeles Airport Hotel

This place is a bit pricey but has nice rooms and beds and amenities. The staff is friendly and it's near the airport if you're traveling in LA for business. It's not really a scene because it's so far away from West Hollywood etc, but the bar is nice for a quiet drink. Have not tried their food.

This is a really great hotel if you are a golfer or conventioneer! This hotel caters to groups, especially golf groups, weddings and special events. It is a good place to stay if you are attending an event. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The decor is clean and service overall was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

    Hyatt Regency Century Plaza

    Hotel Class:

A good, comfortable choice for Business in Century City — rather unfavorable for travelers on holiday in LA. The double room is comfortable and in good condition. The pool/area would be more pleasant if shades were not so persistent. Both, the valet and internet services are relatively overpriced. Nearby activities are limited to the Westfield Shopping Mall; the beach and ...

Just a simple place to stay near LAX. One thing though, the free shuttle came too late. I had to wait for over 30 minutes with other guests. Maybe they need to consider to take a reservation or make a frequent route. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is not included.

The lobby is designed with a central atrium featuring a small pond with live turtles and coy fish. It was a welcoming oasis as we walked in on a very hot California day. So one of my companies recently moved over to the Miracle Mile from Downtown LA, so tried my chances with Priceline. Before, in downtown LA, it was pretty easy to find $65-$70/night at hotels like the Millennium Biltmore, Marriott, and Westin Bonnaventure. Outside of that, everything seems to be a lot more expensive. I ended up with the InterContinental for ...

Beautiful spot. This hotel sits on the bluffs of Rancho Palos Verdes, with sweeping views of the pacific.
