    Peninsula Beverly Hills

    Peninsula Beverly Hills

    Hotel Class:
    5
    17 reviews

Both humans and their pets are pampered at the Peninsula Beverly Hills. Your dog is sure to appreciate the personalized towels and plush doggy beds, and when meal time comes around, your foodie pooch can order off a special menu that includes gourmet dishes like the “Bow Wow Beef Burger” and the “Spot’s New York Strip.” Thinking of ordering a ...

Eyecandy, people watching and expensive but great drinks! Where the socialites hang out, but can also be a bit pretentious. Beautiful location though!

    Hotel Bel-Air

    Hotel Bel-Air

This is the perfect place for Angelenos to escape. Located in Bel-Air secluded in what appears to be a canyon is this perfect oasis. The rooms or cottages are laid out so that you never feel like you are in a hotel. The service is precise without being stuffy and the atmosphere is sublime! I would highly recommend High Tea, ...

Holy moly - this hotel is one of the most modern artsy hotels I've ever been in. The interior decoration and ambiance here is the perfect mix of Hollywood hip to upscale classy. While the rooms are pretty pricey, you get what you pay for. Everything from your shower and bed to your table and doors are all masterpieces of ...

    The Beverly Hilton

    The Beverly Hilton

    Hotel Class:
    4
    18 reviews

This place is massive and can feel a bit impersonal but somehow manages to still deliver on style and a bit of Hollywood glamor. The rooms are a little dated and the staff can be unfriendly (especially at reception) but somehow the place still manages to be enjoyable. Ample eye candy at the pool.

The Fairmont Santa Monica is well known for offering oceanfront luxury to its human guests, but it’s the P.A.W. (Pets Always Welcome) program that will please even the most discerning of your furry family members. If Princess would like some pampering, sign her up for a blueberry facial or a manicure. Later, she can snack on complimentary treats in a ...

Great location! Located in the midst of West Hollywood on the cusp of Beverly Hills. It's near tons of awesome shopping, eateries and nightclubs. The service was impeccable!!! The Boxwood Cafe is delicious. As far as I know, the room price includes a buffet breakfast, which is amazing! The hotel is clean, fancy, modern, impressive and they have a resident ...

    Andaz West Hollywood

    Andaz West Hollywood

    Hotel Class:

Awesome Andaz WeHo, a boutique brand of the Hyatt, has great location, walking distance to nightlife (party at the Standard, drinks at Chateau Marmont), awesome restaurants, and very close to other sights in LA. We were smitten by the welcome wines and evening wine reception. We took ours to the roof top pool area and just enjoyed the sunset over ...

Convenient location, close to nightlight, the Metro (next door), tourist attractions, and food. I liked the window seat in our room...it was just overlooking a parking lot, not tr city. If you want something to do, Drai's is next door, so it's super convenient to go out for drinks/dance. I love the lobby...it's big and the red carpet and winding ...

    Mondrian Los Angeles

    Mondrian Los Angeles

    Hotel Class:

    25 reviews

I stayed here on a weekend trip to LA to celebrate both the end of ALC and Pride -- so the centrally (to WeHo) located Mondrian was really a no-brainer. Within walking distance (just up the hill) of all the restaurants, bars and clubs of WeHo, the Mondrian provides the perfect perch for out-of-town visitors. Great views of the city ...

Wow. I have seen all of the room categories and while this hotel is extremely expensive, the rooms leave a bit to be desired. There are other reasons to stay here. Star sightings are abundant, the service is discreet, a legendary hotel where so much of Hollywood's history has transpired. The pool scene is pretty fabulous, bring your biggest movie ...

Amazing hotel on the beach in Santa Monica. Rooms are big, well decorated, and the beds are super comfortable. Service is great, and the pool area is clean and nice. The restaurants are good as well (but pricey). Location is also hard to beat - walk out the doors and you are on the beach, 5 mins walk to the ...

Gorgeous place for a drink over the ocean in the lounge of this 5 star hotel. Service in the lounge is so-so, food in the lounge is so-so and over-priced, but you sit in that lounge with a drink at sunset (arrive early) overlooking the Santa Monica pier and the beach and life is just perfect.

We got upgraded to a suite. They have my friend a choice to take a look at a suite with 2 queen beds, but it was handicap-accessible, so the shower was different. We switched to the suite with a king and pull-out sofa bed. Great service, nice rooms, and a fitness center on the 2nd floor (Bliss Spa is on ...

The Langham Huntington, Pasadena, Los Angeles

The Langham Huntington, Pasadena, Los Angeles

    Hotel Class:
    4.5
    15 reviews

This hotel is perhaps the most interesting and historically best-preserved in Los Angeles, combining history with elegance and fine dining. Albert Einstein, Theodore Roosevelt and Prince Philip all stayed here and would, I suspect, do so again today. As far as I know, in California the only hotel comparable to the Huntington is San Diego's tourist infested Hotel Del Coronado. ...

For those who like their hotel to be a bit more un-hotel, this newer arrival on the WeHo scene is worth thinking about. Though there are other apart-hotel options in the area, this one comes without the kind of nightmare duvet covers you wish Martha Stewart had been wrapped up in when she was incarcerated. Quite a Soho House kinda ...
